Stayed Jul 12, 2025There were a LOT of things broken and unclean. The grill literally had food left on it, you can tell the patio never gets cleaned, there was bottle caps and trash everywhere flies infested in the back and downstairs was a lot of gnats and mosquitoes . We literally had to buy bug spray just to sit downstairs. The king bedsheets were white and stained. The bedroom closet is broken and a safety hazard for small kids. They flip the houses so quick preparing for the next guest, a thorough cleaning is needed.

Stayed Jun 21, 2025When we went to check in the place was never cleaned before we arrived and the ac was broken. It took 3 hours for the cleaner to show up and clean. A ac technician was sent out and tried to fix the ac. They ended up sending another technician out the next day to look at it again. We had to be there both times when the technicians were there so we lost 2 days of our trip. The host did not want to give us a refund for the place not being cleaned and us having to waste 2 days of our trip waiting for ac technicians to come and go.
