Stayed Oct 10, 2025This is a fabulous beach house! It was spacious & clean. It is in a great location. We enjoyed grilling & dining in the back yard. We relaxed on front porch, had fun in the pool & walked to nearby restaurants. Rebecca, the host, is wonderful!

Stayed May 31, 2025This house was perfect for our family to six adults, a three year old and six month old. The house was very clean and stocked for our cooking needs for the week. The owner had a scavenger hunt for our kids to do throughout the house for beach themed prizes and our grandson loved this. The community swimming pool is right across the cul-da-sac so very easy to get to and it was clean, well maintained. The home's location is so convenient to local restaurants, ice cream shoppes and the beach. The neighborhood is beautiful and we felt safe at all times. We will definitely book this home again if we vacation in Santa Rosa Beach.

Stayed May 26, 2025Very spacious property. Had nearly everything you could want or need from home. The primary shower (downstairs) was absolutely delightful!! Host was very responsive to inquiries. The beach is close enough to walk to, just don’t overpack, lol!!!We used the fitness center and pool every day. 100% recommend!

Stayed Jun 30, 2023Stayed during 4th of July weekend. Really enjoyed our time at Santa Rosa Beach. House is located about 15min walk to Blue Mountain Beach. But we rented golf cart and used bicycles which was an experience on its own. Near restaurants, bars and ice cream shop. Gated community which is nice for extra peace and quiet. House is equiped with everything you need for entertainment and beach visits! House was very clean. Rebecca was very quick to respond to any question. Only 2 issues; house sleeps comfortably 5 adults and 5 kids. No way it can comfortably sleep 11. Bunk room door needs to get fixed. Squeeking and not closing properly. Oh and community pool was one giant jacuzzi. Absolutely no reason to heat it up when it's 95 degrees outside. Everything else was excellent!

Stayed Jul 5, 2023This was a great beach home for our extended family. We enjoyed the open concept for meals and game nights. There were so many beds and plenty of bedding for all of the cousins. The kids loved the bikes and rode them every day. We really appreciated the extra beach toys and beach towels! The community felt safe, was very clean and in close proximity to beach access. Overall, our stay was wonderful!

Stayed May 28, 2023The house was beautiful & in a really nice gated community in blue mountain beach. The communication on the hosts side was quick and helpful. My family loved the layout of the house. We felt right at home! The neighborhood pool was awesome. I personally slept comfortably in the master bedroom. I had family in the other 2 rooms. I did hear them keep saying how uncomfortable the mattresses were in both bedrooms. If the mattresses were upgraded, I would have no complains!

Stayed Jul 5, 2022We all LOVED our stay! We rented a golf cart that took us on lots of adventures. The beach was so close and absolutely beautiful. The very nice pool is right across the street from the house, very convenient! We had lots of wonderful family time and ended our day with ice cream from the new shop right down the street! Thank you Rebecca to be so quick to respond! Hope we can come back soon ??

Stayed Jun 17, 2022We stayed there with our 5 children. The house was perfect! We were welcomed with a goodie basket of snacks on the bar waiting for us. The pool and gym were closed for a few day and the host was gracious enough to to reimburse us for that! We loved the extra beach towels provided and the tv outside was awesome (it was too hot outside for us) watching a movie or game outside in the fall with the string lights would be awesome! We needed batteries for a few remotes and the host delivered them that day! We rented a golf cart to take to the beach. The bikes at the house were a added bonus.

Stayed May 16, 2022We enjoyed our stay very much! Close to the beach (15 minute walk or even shorter bike ride) and just steps from the pool. The house is lovely and the starters and small touches were so thoughtful. We can’t wait to stay again!
