Steps to Pool! Easy Beach Access!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off: the place was clean and starter supplies were plenty! Our host was terrific! Came by to check on us and super friendly. We had a sick one check out morning and they were super accommodating! Took all the stress out of that situation!We had enough room for everyone, but it wasn't ideal. My teen daughter and son were not comfortable in the bunk room. One slept on the couch, which is super comfy. We loved the porches. The close proximity to the pool was great! I like to be a little closer to the beach, because I have health issues. But for everyone else it wasn't bad. Only downsides: The kitchen could use more supplies/pots and pans. And the fan in the bunk room didn't work.

The house is perfect for four adults, two kids under 3 and three dogs. The air conditioner was great as well as the water pressure which you do not always get that in other rentals homes. The beds were comfortable but I have to say the most comfortable was the sectional sofa! We did not walk far to the pool nor the beach. The house is an excellent choice for anyone’s next rental at Morgantown at Ft. Morgan

The only disappointing issue was lack of bowls, pots, pans, and baking dishes. What we had was minimal and old. I like to cook on vacation and we had to constantly clean the only glass dish and frying pan we had. Not Gail's fault at all but could someone reach out to the owners and let them know they need a huge upgrade on kitchen supplies? Only 1 dishtowel, no dish rags. For the price of the house I shouldn't have to bring my own supplies or buy them there. Overall, the house and location were great! Also, all the bathrooms are attached to the bedrooms. Not a big deal for us but there is no common bathroom on the main floor.

The property manager actually came to the house and greeted us the next day and assured us if we need anything they were there to help. And also let us know of some great places to go around the area.
