Steps to Nauset Beach, Private Yard!

The view from the top of the association stairs is the most spectacular view on the Cape, and I’ve been boating and vacationing at CC for 60 years!

Property was exceptionally clean and organized. Perfect location and communication with owner was excellent

It was a beautiful home walking distance to the beach. The two main bathrooms located in the first floor were very small . There was another bathroom in the basement “apartment” but that was more for the people who had that room so the other 6 of us used the one small full bath and a very tiny half bath on the first floor. Thank goodness we are a close family . The only other complaint is that we felt there should have been more seating in the “family” room. When we gathered some of us sat on the floor or brought chairs from other rooms. Overall the home was beautiful, cozy and I highly recommend it!

Had a fantastic week with family out of town. I got to see the fury of the sea one day and then beautiful and sunny the next. Thanks for everything.

The house and property were very nice - clean, plenty of space, nice dinner table for the group, and porch/deck for outdoor lounging. It ended up being cold and stormy so we spent more time indoors than hoped. Incredible to see so many seals just past the breakers. Beautiful neighborhood for long walks. Note that beach access is about 50 yards to the left when looking at the ocean. It looks like someone’s driveway but actually is public access to the beach.

Our recent weekend rental in this property provided us with a charming getaway, here is brief overview of our experience. One aspect that pleasantly surprised us was the house was ready for us even though we arrived 2 hours early. It was a definite plus to be able to settle into the house and start enjoying our family weekend. A standout feature of the rental was the well stocked kitchen. It made cooking a breeze, the spacious layout of the kitchen also accommodated multiple people working together comfortably. However, there are a few considerations that caught us off guard. First, we discovered upon arrival that dog were not allowed on the beach, this was a disappointment as we had hoped to bring our furry friend along to the beach. Additionally, the steep stairs leading to the beach posed a challenge for families with small children or elderly members. The beach is beautiful and quiet. We also noticed that the entrance of the house would benefit from some yard work and was a bit narrow, however once inside, the rental proved to be comfortable and inviting.

This home was perfect for our off-season escape to the Cape! It was very clean and comfortable and had beautiful views of the water. The neighborhood was very quiet, but also convenient to restaurants, shopping, etc. We definitely would stay here again!

This was the perfect VRBO to bring together my extended family... it was spacious, with multiple rooms for people to gather. The house was clean and stocked with most essentials. The location was great too... a short walk to the community stairs provided great access to Nauset Beach and the cove. We would definitely return to the house... thanks!

The property was a 3 minute walk from one of the best private Cape Cod beaches - we practically had the beach all to ourselves. That was priceless. The house was large enough for a big family with plenty of indoor and outdoor space to relax. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
