Stayed Sep 19, 2025No complaints at all. The lake being walking distance away was nice. The access of Kayaks along with lifejackets was a BIG plus. The rec centwr was very helpful with information on the lakes available to use with the optional pass. The home was very close to hiking trails and lakes. The house itself was beautifully decorated and cozy. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was nicely stocked. We didnt do any cooking but found everything we needed for snacking.Its a great option, you wont be disappointed.Thank you for providing a cozy place to lay our heads after fun adventerous days in beautiful Pegosa Springs!

Stayed Jul 3, 2025Beautiful place! Fulfilled all our needs and was pleasant! Pagosa is amazing! I recommend this stay....any more than 4 or 5 people it will be a tight squeeze, unless you plan on being outside all day!

Stayed Dec 27, 2024We had the most wonderful stay at this condo! The space was clean and beautifully updated, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The quaint fireplace quickly became our favorite spot to relax after a day of skiing. The fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. It was nice to have a crockpot meal fully cooked when we returned from a day out. There were thoughtful touches everywhere—like sleds for winter fun and plenty of extra bedding for ultimate comfort.The quiet surroundings made it easy to unwind, and the nearby lake and amenities were beautiful. This condo truly exceeded our expectations. It’s clear the owners have gone above and beyond to create a welcoming and relaxing space. We can’t wait to return!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The unit was very clean and well furnished. The hosts are SPECTACULAR! The proximity to the lake is a huge plus and there were kayaks that could be used to fish on the lake. It was a little warm in the bedrooms during the heat wave this summer without AC, but the owners are working on a solution. We would stay here again. ?
