We felt right at home! Clean and comfortable, with very responsive hosts. It was great to be a short walk away from Main Street.

What a gem! We LOVED our stay. My family and I had a lovely weekend in town for the Hyannis Holiday Festival. The location is so great, we literally walked across the street to the festivities, and even saw the boat parade from the window! This kids had so much fun. The house it'self is so comfortable, well stocked, fast Wifi, and beautifully decorated. We had such a wonderful time. I would highly recomend!

The place was great. Big comfortable beds, described as king beds and they were! Great location to walk to town, beaches or ferry to Nantucket for a day trip. Dave and Kim provided lots of communication and were very responsive and very accommodating. They provided a guide for the house and local area which was very helpful. The kitchen had everything we would have wanted. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Guests are welcome to enjoy the entire home and surrounding grounds. However, access to the garage and shed will not be available.

- The guest who books must be one of the guests staying on the property (sorry - no booking for others).

- Minimum booking age is 25 and must show proof of a valid ID if asked

- We have an additional 5 Str Co-Host Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here.

- After you book, you’ll receive a message with a link to the Renter’s Agreement. Please read it carefully and sign it to complete your booking. Signing this agreement is required for your stay in our home.

- Unexpected things can happen, so WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND getting travel insurance in case you need to cancel your booking.
