Steps to Downtown Shopping~Views~Pike's Peak Villa~ Perfect Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pikes Peak property. It was clean and had a very unique layout. We were attending a family wedding at Garden of the Gods and found the location to be perfect to explore in the down times around the wedding events. We will stay here again when traveling through the area.

Immaculate, posh townhouse in the center of Old Colorado City/Colorado Springs with views of the mountains. This beautiful home felt like a Spanish villa with steps outside that lead directly to the center of town with plenty of food and cute stores. Less than a 10 minute drive to Garden of the Gods as well as Manitou Springs.

Great location, very clean, excellent communication. The property had every thing we needed for a very relaxing vacation. The kitchen had dishes, utensils, pots, pans and a Keurig with pods. The bathrooms had extras in case we forgot anything. The beds were very comfortable and the towels smelled nice. We walked to the restaurants and shops. I would definitely recommend this rental and would stay here again.

I think this was the cleanest place we have ever stayed in. It was pristine. Excellent location and overall experience.

Great place very roomy and clean and very well appointed

Owner was great. I had several questions because of the nature of my stay and a conference I was supporting. Owner took extra time and care to make everything work out perfectly.

Good home base for an active trip—really centrally located to Garden of the Gods, Zoo, Broodmoor Hotel, Manitou Springs/Pike’s Peak. Short walk to variety restaurants, easy parking, having garage space for bikes (if you have them) is a huge plus.

EVERYTHING about this beautiful house was exactly as advertised. Very clean, beautiful views from multiple balconies, soft towels, comfortable beds, and very well stocked kitchen/bathroom/laundry room. Highly recommend this property.

Home was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need on vacation. Property access to downtown was convenient. So many great coffeeshops and restaurants in walking distance. Short 5 minute drive down the road Manitou springs was beautiful as well. Bedding was comfortable. Home was clean.* recommend adding TV's to the bedrooms for a unwinding relaxing touch.

Everything about this stay was perfect. Six of us stayed comfortably in our rooms and the place was very clean. Garden of the gods, Manitou Springs, delicious restaurants, and many more are so close to this place! I would 120% stay here again.

Great location very convienent to everything

The property is located a block off Colorado Avenue in Old Colorado City. Its location is excellent. It’s well maintained and slept our family of four comfortably.

Clean, spacious and centrally located. Loved the extras - toothbrushes, coffee pods… the little things that are so nice if you forget something!

Great location, great property! Kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated that there were a couple of extra bath towels provided and multiple kitchen towels as well as plenty of paper goods, soap, and shampoo for the week. The king bed was very comfortable and the bunk beds were fine. However, the queen bed desperately needs to be replaced (both the mattress and box springs) and we made the local contact person aware. My son and daughter-in-law could not sleep in the bed because it was so soft and they rolled to the middle. They had to sleep in the bunk beds and we had to put one kid in the queen bed and another on the floor. If the bed is replaced, then we would not hesitate to return.

This home was so lovely and perfect for our stay! The location was amazing, and I enjoyed coffee with a view of the mountains each morning. It was central to all the activities we did, plus it was convenient for walking to dinner and the shops in the evenings. Highly recommend!!

What a great stay - thank you. The location was excellent, and the view from the master bedroom was amazing. Check-in and check-out went seamlessly, and Ivan (the contact) was incredible. He responded quickly to my questions and even provided his grill to help make our stay so memorable. A lot of space to be together as a family. Highly recommended.

This property is overpriced for the quality described. Stained carpets, dirty rooms, dust everywhere, outdated/old mattresses and wrinkled sheets. Shower curtain dirty. Paint on the walls was cracked and falling. This house needs a good renovation and definitely a Good cleaning.

Very pretty and unique property in a perfect location from all of the hiking locations! Very well stocked with nice touches( toothbrush&toothpaste, washing machine pods etc). We would stay there again.
