Steps to downtown, Pet friendly, by Starved Rock!

Nice location, clean, easy to access.

The Vrbo is as advertised and is very close to downtown Ottawa. Really enjoy my stay and would stay again.

Everything was great. Host welcoming and accomadating.

House was immaculate with a very well-stocked kitchen. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing. Owners are doing everything right! Overall a superb stay close to restaurants, shopping, and outdoor activities. We had a fabulous breakfast at the Garden Berry Cafe and great lunch at Court Street Pub.

This was the perfect little house about a 10 minute walk away from the cute downtown area of shops and restaurants and a 20 minute drive from Starved Rock.

Amazing stay, as always!! Very clean and oh so cozy!! Location is great, walkable to a downtown Ottawa has to offer, and east drive to all my favorite hiking spots! Will be back for sure!!

We were there for a jet boat rally. This was a great property that was centrally located to walk to everything. The owners were very communicative and very clean place.

Super cute property, location is close to downtown. The neighborhood itself is just OK. The amenities that were provided by the property owners were excellent and well thought out.

Clean and cozy house. Very comfortable bed and a great location. We were able to walk anywhere downtown within 15 minutes. So many good restaurants and cool sites to see. We stayed 3 nights and never heard a train. We would love to stay there again.

We had a great trip and the home came fully equipped with everything we could have asked for. I will definitely be back as this was the perfect place and close to all of my family. So grateful to the owners for helping with everything that we needed.

The location was perfect—just a short walk/drive to downtown, Starved Rock State Park, Matthiessen Park, and Grand Bear Waterpark. We really enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and cozy getaway spot!

The absolute best thing about this place is it's proximity to downtown, parks, and wonderful outdoor activities. I can't imagine finding anything better for a small group in this vicinity.The second best attribute is its clean, fresh condition. On top of that, the bed is very comfy, the TV and service is excellent, all the necessities are there, and your parking is just a few steps from the front door.If you don't need a ton of room, there's no place better!

House was very clean and had everything we needed! We loved the town the property was in. And we did a lot of exploring after hiking. Id like to note that this home was cheaper than renting a hotel that was further away, so it was very convienent. Thanks again!

This was a perfect place for my girlfriend my dog and I to stay for a little weekend getaway! We went to Starved Rock for the first time and wanted to be close and this was exactly where we wanted to be distance wise (about 15 or so minutes away). We stayed for two nights and the bed and couch were both very comfortable. Check in was easy and the host had a very thought out and detailed binder to help with questions we had about the house as well as information about parks/restaurants in the area! Communication was great before and after our stay and the price was fantastic for everything you get. If you’re looking to go to any parks in the area this is a perfect place to stay. Thank you again!

Was looking for a nice place to relax after day of huking Starved Rock. It was juat what we needed.

Loved this little house—it’s definitely on the smaller side but it’s well equipped and VERY clean. Definitely one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. It’s a short hike downtown and even though the neighborhood itself is pretty quiet and there is a weird lack of sidewalks, we had a great time walking downtown to shops and restaurants. Short drive to the parks and happy that we could bring our pets. We would definitely stay here again.
