To keep it that way for everyone, here are a few simple guidelines:

Your Stay
We just ask that all overnight guests are included on the reservation. If you`d like to have a visitor stop by during your stay, just send me a quick message.

Noise
You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night (quiet hours are between 10PM and 9AM). Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

No Parties
To help keep the space peaceful for both guests and neighbors, parties, large gatherings, and events are not permitted.

Thermostat
We’ll have the place cooled and ready for your arrival (typically set around 74°). Please feel free to adjust it during your stay within a comfortable range. If you would like it particularly colder, just shoot me a message and we’ll take care of it right away.

No Smoking Indoors
To keep the home fresh and comfortable for all guests, smoking is not permitted inside the property. Guests are welcome to smoke outdoors and may use the provided ash trays.

Traveling with a Pet
We`re happy to welcome well-behaved pets with prior approval. Please help keep the home comfortable for future guests by keeping pets off the furniture and cleaning up outdoor areas.
