    We stayed over Spring Break with our kids (7 & 9). Last year we stayed in a condo at base camp and had access to a storage locker at the base for our skis. I was worried about not having that this year, but my boys had no trouble carrying their skis on the very short walk to the base. They were even able to ski most of the way home! The unit was clean, comfortable and perfect for our family. Will be back next year!

    We had a great time at 105 Base camp. Perfect location for ski in/ski out with our kids. EV charger worked great and fully stocked kitchen was awesome. Easy walk out the back door to the large community hot tub. Will definitely stay here again.

    We have stayed at numerous VRBO properties and this one was the most well stocked we’ve ever experienced. They had everything from coffee filters, to hand warmers to ziplock bags… you name it they had it. Very well organized and finally a mattress that was worth the money spent on the VRBO.

    We absolutely loved this townhouse. It was a short walk to the ski lifts which made it very convenient with kids. The house is well equipped, was super clean, and the location is wonderful! We will definitely stay here again when in Granby!

    Ideal location for a family, walking distance to ski lodge. It had all of the amenities from home, including family games. Very clean. We loved this stay and the property manager was present for anything we needed.

    It was my sister's family who stayed at the unit. I live in Grand Lake but spent every evening w them for dinners. Everyone loved the property: very clean! Location (close to grocery, fast-food, gas, etc.) Is great! Grandson & his Dad fished East Portal at GL.
