Great place with amazing ocean view and direct access to the beach. We had a great time and will be back soon. Very modern and clean house.

A group of moms and girls rented this house for a weekend in Galveston. It was clean, the beds were comfy, all the appliances worked and the property manager was great.

We got this location because my little brother got married and it was close to the venue. The house was beautiful and clean and it was a short walk to the beach. The view was incredible! We had 5 kids with us and it was perfect being so close to the beach. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay again! The property manager was so great and helpful as well.

This house is beautiful and has great views! Our only complaint was the garbage cans were full and they smelled bad. Other than that, everything was perfect! Would definitely stay here again.

The house was great for us. It was well maintained, well equipped and a great beach location!

Stayed during Spring Break with my husband, our two boys (pre teen and teenager), my parents and great-grandma. Everyone loved having their own bathrooms! We had some trouble figuring out the lights and fans in the house, so a house manual or instructions somewhere would have been very helpful. The house was overall clean aside from some spots on the rugs or walls that were there when we arrived. Loved the location and access to the beach, but there were multiple cars getting stuck daily in the sand trying to access the neighborhood. We got a work out each day helping to push other cars out of the sand and cleaning crews had to turn around because they were unable to access the neighborhood. Beach was amazing and some of the best seashells we have ever found on a Texas beach were found during our trip. Loved the porches at the house and porch swing. Overall great stay. Would suggest minor improvements to cleanliness.

The house was great! Everything was in great condition and exactly as shown in the pictures. Check in and out was simple. Easy access to a quiet area of beach was perfect for our family. Highly recommend!

This 5 bedroom, 5 bath home was perfect for our annual family Christmas trip. It is a very short walk on sand to the beach. The home is just as described m, with comfy beds, plenty of towels, and very clean. I would definitely book this home again.

Our Christmas trip to Jamaica Beach was truly enjoyed. The home we rented was perfect for our family, and the beach was beautiful. The 5 bedroom, 5 bath house was very comfy and clean, and the neighborhood was quite and friendly. The 2 decks provide a scenic view of the beach, which is a easy walk from the house. The host provided plenty of cups, glasses, eating utensils, and towels for our family. Juan was a great host and quickly replied to any of our questions. I will book this property again for our next family trip t o Galveston.

The house is beautiful, right on the beach. We love the fact that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. Huge kitchen, great for large groups. Love having coffee on the balcony and watching the waves.

We spent a week with another family - the space was perfect for two familes with little ones. (Bedrooms 1/2 were upstairs, multiple walk-in showers on both levels.) Pantry was huge, and the storage access downstairs was much appreciated. The house was clean and well-stocked with towels and toiletries. We were very close to a grocery store, as well as a number of restaurants/food trucks for takeout. Great Gulf view and an easy stroll to the beach.

Just as described, host quickly responded and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend.

This vacation home was SO great. It is has a direct, unobstructed view of the ocean. Plenty of parking for multiple cars, and a dry place for chalk fun on a rainy day. Each of the bedrooms has its own bathroom and very comfortable beds and bed linens. The home is well maintained and the owner responds promptly to questions. I would highly recommend this property for a family needing a big, comfortable home for their vacation or long weekend.
