Steps to Butler St-Walk to Everything-Very Clean

This House has a lovely outdoor garden area but the weather kept the 6 members of our party inside for much of our 3 day stay. Living area is quite small, kitchen area has a bar counter with 4 chairs for eating and playing any games There were a few issues with the house that were brought to Liz’s attention and her response was quick. My first time to visit the area and found Saugatuck extremely charming and friendly city.. Will visit again

Very lovely home- great location. Had everything we needed. Beds were extremely comfy! Light bulbs in upstairs bedroom needed. If the living room had a sectional and a little more comfy seating would have been much better. But overall it was good!

Very nice house & convenient location to where we wanted to go. This was more house than we needed as it was only the 2 of us, but would stay here again when we bring the rest of the family Very cozy, clean & well maintained.

Great space, well equipped, well located, excellent AC! The new patio and fence are quite nice. House worked well for 3 generations….grand kids, parents, grand parents!

The house was perfect for our needs. Decor was beautiful. location couldn't be any better. We were there for a family wedding at the Felt Estate.

We enjoyed our stay at the Shoebox Cottage. The property was well maintained and stocked with everything we needed for the week. Liz was a great host who was quick to assist via phone call when we first arrived due to some operator error with the door lock/code. The location absolutely cannot be beat as it is in the heart of downtown Saugatuck and within immediate walking distance of all the restaurants and shops. One minor issue was that the shower track in the upstairs guest bath did not glide well at all for the entirety of our visit. Listing photos could also serve to be updated as there appeared to be a mature tree removed and a new fence/gate added. We would highly recommend this property with anyone interested in visiting Saugatuck and will certainly look to stay there again ourselves in the future!

Excellent house with many amenities located in very close walking proximity to all stores and restaurants and bars .Do not need your car to get around town . The house was clean and comfy and decorated very nicely. Will be going back here when we can

We had such a wonderful time at this house! The location is fantastic and the house has a great amount of space for a family of four. Liz was communicative and a lovely host. We'd definitely stay here again!

Perfect three bedroom home right in the mix of things. Went here will three couples for a weekend of fun and golf. The property is right in the heart of the town, easily walkable to restaurants and shopping. Very clean. Fantastic patio to hang out on. Beautiful neighborhood. Would recommend an defintely stay again.

Great stay for six friends. Clean, all amenities provided. Wished we had a kitchen table for cards, but we made do. Great outdoor patio area. Perfect location. Walkable to everything.

This property is in a prime location. Very clean and well taken care of!

My wife and I took our 5 and 2 year old here for family vacation. This cottage is great! Close to the lake and walking distance to most of the restaurants and things you would want to do.

The bedrooms were spacious, clean, and you can't beat the proximity to downtown! Great home for a family vacation.

Awesome spot for access to restaurants, shops, etc. very cute space, lovely outdoor patio/garden. Would’ve loved some more coffee and tea amenities in the house.

We enjoyed our stay here. Check in was easy, house has a great layout and was clean. The location is great. You can easily walk to the downtown shops and restaurants. We enjoyed being able to sit in the backyard garden area in the evening. Our only issue was that we found the master bedroom bed to be uncomfortable. Also though it sleeps 7, note that the living/kitchen area is small (no kitchen table, just a breakfast bar with stools, and the living area isn't huge). Overall, we enjoyed our stay and this worked well for our needs.

We had such a good time staying at Shoebox Cottage. The house was perfect-clean and beautifully furnished, and the location was great. We enjoyed the beautiful gardens and outdoor space-a lovely oasis! This is one of the best rentals we have had in our many years of coming to Saugatuck for our family gathering each summer.
