Stayed Aug 15, 2024Great location to beach, just a few steps and you’re on the dunes in a great location. House was brand new and nice. Washer and dryer was convenient. Parking was a bit tight with a truck and a sedan. Have to bring your own linens (sheets, bath & beach towels). Which we didn’t know until the night before we were heading down to the beach. Check-in was easy, keypad entrance and we were able to get in early. Overall we had a great stay besides a couple minor issues.

Stayed Jul 28, 2024Perfect location, just a couple units down from the beach! Beds were comfortable, everything new and clean, including the grill. Appreciated the use of the beach chairs. Great stay for our family!

Stayed Jul 24, 2024The property was immaculate - brand new , clean and beautifully decorated . The kitchen was well stocked with gadgets /cookware/plates/glasses . The beds were comfortable . The property owner is so very kind , great communicator and very accommodating . We had a great little vacation in Mantoloking and the best part - the location is just a few short steps from the beach ! We highly recommend
