Stayed Oct 15, 2025This was the perfect place to stay in St.Augustine Beach. Super comfortable beds, great space and games for kids, and right next to a quiet and lovely beach. Great casual restaurant options nearby and plenty to do. We will be back!!

Stayed Dec 25, 2023Nice to have easy access to the restaurants and shops at St. Aug Beach, and close to ocean/ gorgeous beach. Would have preferred a heated pool given travel w/ kids - not sure when they heat it if not in December? Very responsive and helpful host.

Stayed Nov 18, 2023Not at all like it was depicted in the reviews! We couldn’t tell the last time there were any “upgrades;” everything is worn, not one of the 5 beds were the least bit comfortable; cleanliness is not important, as is evidenced by the buildup from dirty hands on doors and staircase, filthy floors, etc. The air conditioner is governed so it can’t be adjusted, leaving the place damp, to where you could feel the dampness when getting into bed each night; a very uncomfortable feeling. And, as if that wasn’t enough, there was black mold on the ceiling of my bedroom, around the A/C vent, and the place reeked of must every time we walked in the front door. Not a healthy environment. Once again, we were extremely disappointed!
