Over all stay was great. The trash can was full already when I check in other than that it was nice.

Beach: Oceanside Townhome w/ Heated Pool in South Padre Island was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The townhome was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had plenty of space for our entire group of 10 to relax comfortably.The location could not have been better — literally just steps away from the beach. We loved being able to walk back and forth throughout the day without any hassle. The sparkling pool was a huge bonus, especially in the evenings after spending time at the beach. It was clean, relaxing, and perfect for both adults and kids.and our family loved it!The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were super comfortable, and every detail made the place feel like a luxury home away from home. The hosts were also amazing — very responsive, friendly, and made check-in and check-out completely seamless.Whether you’re planning a family vacation, group getaway, or beach trip with friends, this is the perfect place to stay in South Padre Island. We made so many great memories here and already cannot wait to come back. Highly recommend — 10/10 experience!

Ammenities were stocked very low and when I brought up the need for some items I was basically scolded for not bringing it up in a previous correspondence, like it is my fault we needed something. I was actually asked by the host why I didn't bring it up earlier, like I should have taken inventory of everything and done their job to know we had needed items like toilet paper and paper towels, which were never provided even though we were begrudgingly told they would try to get us some. Never got them.The pool was so cloudy we were not comfortable using it for at least two days of our stay. They did send pool people to adjust chemicals or clean it twice, but the pool was nevertheless pretty cloudy often and too cloudy to use a couple times--so much so you wouldn't be able to see someone laying on the bottom of the pool.The site has a grill smoker, but provided no smoking pellets to make it work.Shortly after accessing the property I reported a broken lamp that was just laying on a nightstand, and a towel rod that was near falling out of the wall on one end. Regariding the towel rod, a repair person showed up a week later into our stay totally unannounced. I let him take pictures but said then wasn't a good time as we were all leaving momentarily. All the ceiling fans are on remotes, but there was none for one of the bedrooms, which I reported but the host provides no remedy to operate the fan properly.

Lots of great information in the house that helped navigate and choose places to eat and activities. Very quiet and peaceful.

Great place for a weekend getaway or vacation, love the amenities and the location :)

Great spacious private property that we could bring our dogs to! Hot water in the showers took a minute to warm up, and saw some critters in the upstairs shower. Good amount of cook and dish-ware in the kitchen, only thing missing was pot holders! Would’ve loved a cookie sheet too

Very clean property, good neighborhood and pool was warm. Everything was fully stocked. House had no smells to it. The Ninja grill was awesome. The kitchen had all the tools you needed to cook.

Great location from beach

Wonderful beach vacation home! Very clean and so convenient to beach access. My only complaints and I didn't detract my rsting for these as they are silly things but the upstairs shower is either scalding hot or freezing cold there is no inbetween or I wasn't able to figure it out hahaThe thermostat we tried to keep it where they asked but if u so much as touch it ...it goes wild the touch setting is so sensitive we gave up on it lolThat being said this place is perfect gor a family or group of friends..7 min or less walk to beach...nice pool and tons of space the guest contact is super responsive to any and all issues!Highly recommend!

This is the second time we have stayed in this home. It is perfect for our family. The location is wonderful and the communication excellent. Highly recommend.

Everything was PERFECT! Exactly as pictured, clean house, bathrooms, clean pool and with it being heated made it totally amazing, quiet neighborhood, close to everything, including shopping, and the beach -- so very close! We were a group of 3 teenagers and the grandma (me) -- to celebrate my granddaughter's 16th golden birthday! This place was the BEST place EVER!I will go here again on spring break (end of March) in 2026 with all 4 grandkids -- Thanks for having an awesome place! Check-in easy, communication was awesome and the electric Ninja grill cooked our steaks, burgers and chicken to perfection.

Great property! As shown online. Couldn’t figure out how to get local news on Roku, but otherwise a very well appointed unit! Would definitely recommend!

Had everything needed for our stay. For sure a repeat hone to visit

We have been to South Padre every year for 6 years and this is the cleanest place of all places we stayed with the exception of the pool, which was very cloudy and dirty. The goodie basket was nice and the kitchen was well stocked with all things needed to cook. The master bath upstairs had no hot water but for a few seconds and was not usable for anything but brushing your teeth, very disappointing!
