Stayed Mar 21, 2025We loved our stay. The property is in a condo community with direct access to the beach. The pics are a perfect representation of what to expect. About a 5 minute walk to the town center. We will stay here again when we return to 30A.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful and well equipped. The proximity to the beach was awesome. Literally we cannot think of anything bad to say except the washer / dryer was pretty small, could only fit 4 beach towels in the washer at a time. But seriously that was the only negative thing, everything was fantastic! We will be back

It was a short walk to the beach and the beach was not crowded at all. The condo itself was very well taken care of. The inside was decorated very tastefully and the kitchen had everything we needed. The linens were nice. Plus, there was a box of beach items on the back patio including 2 really nice umbrellas and several chairs. If I had to make a suggestion it would be to replace the hose and nozzle outside. But that did not take away from our trip at all! We will definitely come back to this unit.

Stayed Jun 22, 2024We had a wonderful week long vacation at this beautiful condo! The building and grounds were well kept and the close proximity to the beach and Gulf Place were wonderful! The house was well stocked and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Communication with the rental company was quick and pleasant. Would absolutely book again.

Stayed May 16, 2024We absolutely love SeaHaunts Unit 7A! The unit itself is amazing! The beds are the most comfortable we’ve ever experienced. Our boys (6 and 8) LOVED the bunk room. We enjoyed sitting on either balcony and listening to the waves. The views are beautiful. Proximity to the pool and beach is perfect, especially for those with littles. If you're looking for a quiet family friendly atmosphere, this is the place. Several shops and restaurants are within walking distance. We can’t wait to come back.
