Stayed Mar 21, 2025We loved our stay. The property is in a condo community with direct access to the beach. The pics are a perfect representation of what to expect. About a 5 minute walk to the town center. We will stay here again when we return to 30A.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful and well equipped. The proximity to the beach was awesome. Literally we cannot think of anything bad to say except the washer / dryer was pretty small, could only fit 4 beach towels in the washer at a time. But seriously that was the only negative thing, everything was fantastic! We will be back

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The refrigerator was not functioning properly when we arrived. We called the next day and they responded immediately, but could not fix it, so they brought two smaller refrigerators, until they installed a brand new one the following day. They also reimbursed us for the medicine we overnighted to replace the medicine that went bad in the first refrigerator. We appreciated the quick response and the excellent customer service.

It was a short walk to the beach and the beach was not crowded at all. The condo itself was very well taken care of. The inside was decorated very tastefully and the kitchen had everything we needed. The linens were nice. Plus, there was a box of beach items on the back patio including 2 really nice umbrellas and several chairs. If I had to make a suggestion it would be to replace the hose and nozzle outside. But that did not take away from our trip at all! We will definitely come back to this unit.
