Steps to Beach! Airy Coastal Escape w/ Deck

Property was well equipped with everything one would need. It's a pristine cottage, we will go back and stay next year.

This is a lovely property very close to the state park (and 4 minutes to the beach). The kitchen is fully stocked. The closest grocery store is in Seabrook, however. Some houses in this area may be run down, so don't expect anything like its (far) more expensive neighbor to the South. Overall, we had a great time.

Beautiful and airy, very comfortable property. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach.

This place was super cute and well maintained. Came to Pacific Beach for a family reunion so we were more interested in a laid back weekend vs a tourist trap ambiance. We were walking distance to the beach and other family members. Loved the layout of the house and we were really impressed at how they upgraded it.

Very nice home! Updated, clean, and has everything you need! Rooms are bright and decor is tasteful and current. Beds were very comfy and bedding was clean, comfortable and a touch luxurious. Just how you want to feel when you’re on vacation. Location is super - quiet neighborhood and just two-ish blocks from the beach. And thank you for allowing our sweet dogs! They had a blast and the fenced in backyard was a game changer! Made our weekend much more relaxing. We will be back (if you will have us!)

Great place to stay! Everything was clean and well kept. You are in walking distance to the beach, and the dogs had a blast. The yard is fully fenced. They have added a BBQ grill and a table with 4 chairs that is not shown in the pictures. If you are there in the summertime, you may want to bring fans as there aren’t any.

We loved the house. Clean modern all the amenities. One place to eat in the town, not very good. Not steps to the beach. More like four blocks to the beach. We were always driving someplace else to eat and see things.

Great kitchen, I cooked most of our meals while we were here. Bed was comfortable. The home could really use a deep clean. But overall we did enjoy our stay. Well stocked with everything you could need. The slider to go out to the backyard was very hard to open and the track really needed to be cleaned. Fenced back yard was great for our pup. But a note : the back fence looks like a strong wind could knock it over. Had a brand new BQ, we didn't use it though. Easy walk to the beach. Lisa was a great host.

The home was super clean and organized in every room. There was plenty of open space for unpacking. Everything smelled fresh, including the drawers for clothes, the bathroom towels, etc. Appliances were updated. Rooms-modern, beachy vibe. midterm come

We had a great time in this super cute and cozy house. Everything was really nice- Easy check in/check out. Big comfortable beds, really clean and decorated nicely. Space for hanging out and kitchen were perfect. Made our time spent in Pacific Beach easy and comfortable.

It is very cleverly decorated, inviting, warm and amazingly well stocked. We and our dogs were very comfortable and happy with the accommodation. I would really like to know the brand of the mattress in the front bedroom because I really want to buy one. It was the best couple night's sleep I've had in a very long time. Thank you for a great weekend at the ocean!

This property is well situated in walking distance to the beach and/or an easy drive to drive on, off leash beach. The property is well maintained and has comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen, and cozy furnishings. Love it and the owner runs the cutest home decor shop in nearby Seabrook, WA!

Overall the property was good, location, updated, and all the amenities needed to cook with. However, there were a couple of issues. The property does state it allows dogs, which I don't have a problem with, since I sometimes will bring my dog. But I figured the property would take extra steps to ensure that there is minimal dog hair left by the previous guests. I didn't notice when we first walked in, but when sweeping the floor, after we come back from the beach, I was sweeping up noticeable amounts of dog hair. Even the carpet had dog hair and the sheets on the bed. If the rental is going to allow dogs, you need to deep clean for the next guest. I also pulled up the cushions on the couches, they definitely have not been pulled off in some time and vacuumed under. Also, they have installed the most sensitive smoke alarm, it didn't matter what you were cooking it would go off, even with windows open. It was annoying. Everything else about this place was great, however I don't know if I would rebook this place again since the cleanliness of the unit was so poor. Which is disappointing.

We loved our time at this rental! It was clean, and the beds were super comfy! The beds were the best we have experienced at a stay away from home. The kitchen was great, well stocked. Everything was nice, and the fenced back yard for our dog was perfect. Our kids, ages 4 and 5 had a great time here. Plus its a short walk to the beach.
