Parking can be found along Mission Blvd on a first come first serve basis (look out for street sweeping hours) and in a few paid & free lots in Mission Beach.

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• Guest Requirements | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• Occupancy | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• Noise | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50' away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• Combination Listing | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.
• Reservation Confirmation | Upon confirmation of your reservation, you will be sent a Welcome package that includes (but not limited to) such items as arrival instructions, parking, WiFi, local eats, & area attractions.

    Nice place, great location. The hot water situation was a bit tricky. Even when we followed directions on pump button (10 min prior too wanting hot water), water temp fluxed a ton (had about 2 min of hot, 2 min of warm, then cold). Not a huge problem for us, but future guest may disagree. Thanks

    location is great ,you can walk to beach and restaurants --property was very nice and very confrontable --we could not get the hot water to work longer then minute or two--very slooow wifi.

    First and foremost this was by far the easiest experience I’ve had with VRBO. I can’t say enough great things with surfstyle. The home was more than I expected. Everything you could want was in the home. It was quiet, close to the event I was visiting. Plenty of room, kitchen space was great. Thank you for the great visit you will be seeing me again.

    We enjoyed our stay. Location is great as beach access is super easy and close! Chairs, towels, toys, wagon, and boogie boards provided offered a lot of fun! Parking in the garage is tight and requires some skill to get the larger vehicles in.

    Nice townhouse right near all the action in Mission beach. House has everything you need for the beach including chairs, some toys and a small umbrella. Lower patio area is perfect for late afternoon’s. House has instant hot water so you never run out. Mission beach is very busy on the weekends and there’s definitely some street noise with all the action that goes late. There’s also a unit on the third level that you can hear from time to time but it’s still pretty quiet. Location is close to everything in San Diego. The garage is tight, so nothing bigger than a mid size sedan or it will be tough to park.

    We recently stayed in Bayside Cove 7 and this was by far the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. The townhouse was immaculate and in the best location - we walked everywhere! Everything was as described in the pictures, kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with and there is an attached tandem garage (with private entrance) which fit our Land Cruiser with no issues. The townhouse has everything you could need for the beach, including 2 bikes which was a nice amenity! We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. Thank you for the perfect accommodations!
