Steps from the bay and rooftop ocean views!

Amazing host! Great communication everything was wonderful, beds were comfy, rooftop patio was our favorite spot!

Entire process from booking, checking in, and checking out was seamless. Host was very friendly and added personal touches to make my visit feel extra special. The place is in a perfect location, great ammenities, and has more than enough room inside. I especially loved the upstairs rooftop. I’d definitely stay here again in a future trip.

Great beach place. Bay on one side (literally 100 steps away) and the great wide Pacific on the other side just a little further but a couple minutes walk. Tons of stores, restaurants and fun places to visit and well located for all the attractions that San Diego has to offer. Can’t say enough about how comfy and clean the place is and you have the whole house to yourself. The rooftop patio is the bomb, (be careful with the sun-it doesn’t get too hot here, so it is easy to get burned-ask my grand daughters :-)). Loved it and had a wonderful time. Thanks Chris for allowing us to visit your Beach Palace. We had a great time.

Location was great house was nice did wish there was a grill but other than that everything was perfect !?

The family had a great time in a terrific location! The house is clean and the owner went out of their way to insure we had a great stay. Top notch experience and will do it again soon!!

No complaints here! We had a great stay and it’s in the perfect place in San Diego!

Very clean and appeared to be recently remodeled. The tvs weren’t plugged in or set up and silverware was still in wrapper. For beach access it’s great but the neighborhood is a little sketchy at night. It’s 3 levels but each one is very small. I wouldn’t want to live there full time and I think it’s expensive relative to other places in nicer areas. Overall was nice experience.
