Steps from NOTRE DAME! Huge House! Arcade Game room, volleyball court & more!

The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas. It was the perfect size for our group in a great location. Thank you for providing us a place to come together from 4 cities to celebrate the holidays!

This is a great property for large family gatherings. We had 14 people scattered throughout the house. Combination of beds, pullout catches, and air mattresses. Plenty of bathrooms and toilets. The playroom was exceptional with air hockey, foosball, Pac-Man, and also a game table. This is an older home that has been updated and would suggest for any family with lots of kids. Kitchen was also very well equipped with updated dishwasher, gas stove and refrigerator. Another refrigerator in the sunroom. three large screen TV scattered throughout the house. Very happy with this property.

Fantastic property-worth every penny. Clean, comfortable and well stocked. Would definitely return. Our host was fantastic in every way.

Property exceeded expectations. Perfectly located to walk to Notre Dame campus and everything we needed close by. The basement game room was perfect for hanging out and playing cards, video games and watching a movie. Highly recommend staying here if you are in South Bend.

Really terrific experience. Very large home. In great, great shape. We spent most of the weekend out of the home at ND, but we very easily could have spent more time here. Host was 100% responsive. More well-appointed than it even needed to be. So much social space. Three very large rooms where different groups could congregate if so desired. Excellent.

We had gathered in South Bend to celebrate my mother’s 90th birthday. The house provided lots of spaces to gather and chat as well as spaces for the children to play and socialize.

The house was just as listed and more. We chose the house because of the amount of bathrooms, the space for a large group, and game room for the cousins to enjoy. But the house was decked out in extra pillows and blankets had all the essentials so you didn’t need to run to the store to get a bunch of stuff your going to throw away in a couple of days. What a relief! The neighborhood was great and very safe area. We enjoyed our stay and loved all the amenities!

We rented this home for a family wedding weekend, which included bringing our dog. The home was in a quiet neighborhood. The home was clean and set up with refrigerated water and sodas. Everything that was needed was there. I would recommend this home for a group trip.Now, I must say a word about our host, Amalia. She was quick to respond to messaged questions and was very helpful. But we had an unusual stay. The power went out at 2:30 am on our first night. We weren't sure if it was a local power outage or a fuse issue. Not knowing where to find the fuse box, I telephoned Amalia and explained what had happened. She walked us through accessing the fuse box....which was not the problem. It was a local power outage. She remained on top of the situation and was in communication with us throughout the 7 hour issue. Her concern and efforts were much appreciated.
