Steps from Fondren’s Favorite Spots: 5 minutes from Hospital’s

This was our second time to stay here. Very clean, cute decor, has games to play, Roku to log in to your apps for TV and a great location. Close to Fondren which has multiple delicious places to eat. Convenient if you are visiting college kids at Belhaven or Millsaps. Host is very responsive and most helpful!

Communication was fantastic and response rate was great. Beds were comfortable. Location was perfect for access to businesses, coffee shops and beautiful neighborhoods. The pictures on the listing are old as the whole condo needs a lot of upkeep. Stained carpet, broken closet door handles, broken thresholds, missing tv remote, walls need painting, etc. All of it looked like it was done on the cheap, including the flimsy boxes made to look like books. It did the job for a place to rest our heads for the night, but not a place we wanted to hang out at, epecially for what we paid.

Sink clogged. Closet handle broke. Laundry door broke.kitchen chair wobbley. Overall though, plenty of room. Terrible doordash experience, but that was not part of this experience.

The apartment is very clean, nice space, beds are comfortable. The community pool hasn't been attended to and not usable. Host had several games that the teenage boys took full advantage of. Location is perfect if visiting Belhaven, Milsaps or Jackson State University.

It was okay just the imperfection on my outside property on my vehicle was stolen from me other than that it was well stay

The location was great. The apartments were okay. It reminded me of a college apartment complex. However, it did get quiet at night. The apartment was cute, but some of the updating was sloppily done. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Communication was great. We were even checked on after a terrible storm. Thank you for having us as guests.
