Gil and Traci were perfect hosts! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with all the modern conveniences of home. The place is more beautiful and spacious than the pictures portrayed. We visited from Kansas City and have recommended to family and friends nearby. We will rent again if back in the area. Thank you so much, Traci and Gil!

Everything was great, the communication was good, the check in was super easy, the place is beautiful. We will look into renting this place again when we come back.

A lovely, contemporary home just a short walk from the beach. The house was clean and well equipped. The owners were always quick to respond to our questions. I highly recommend them and their beach house.

This was the best vrbo yet. Many extras to make your vacation special. Even a beach cart to take your beach gear easily. Very clean. Kitchen, all stuff you need. Beach and the strip was close enough to walk to.

The Surf Sand & Sun was perfect! The hosts were super friendly with excellent communication. We enjoyed this pet friendly, very near the ocean cute cottage with its beachy-vibe. It was the perfect way to celebrate our SNHU ‘s graduate’s commencement. We highly recommend this VRBO.

The place looked just as it was listed. It was clean and very organized! My family and I were only there for a one night stay. Wish we could have stayed longer but we were in the area for a ceremony. Highly recommend this place as it very close to the beach. Will love to rent it again in the summer!

Great street with fantastic neighbors. We stay every year but this is now one of our favorites. The location is quiet but close to everything. House was updated and have almost everything we needed. We cooked breakfast and lunch every dayParking was also really convenient.

Our stay here was excellent. The home was modern and clean, welcoming with plenty of space for our family of 4 to spread out. The location couldn't be better. Close enough to the beach to walk within minutes, yet also quiet street. The host was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again.
