House was clean, well stocked, pretty and comfortable.

Beautifully appointed, well equipped and overall lovely! Walking distance to downtown shopping and restaurants. Quiet street. Host was always available for questions and recommendations. Would definitely stay here next time visiting Waynesville!

Great place

This place was perfect! It felt much larger than the square footage. So much attention was put into decorating and supplying all the things needed for a wonderful stay. First place we've stayed that included laundry soap, enough paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, trash bags, and toiletries for the entire stay! We loved the local products used throughout the property so much that we sought out and purchased some to bring home! We came to Waynesville for our sons wedding in Asheville and were thrilled that the drive to and from was so quick and easy. Our son and his wife both work on Main Street so we throughly enjoyed being able to walk to see them both during work hours! We didn't find time to use the firepit but enjoyed the hot tub many times after visiting downtown for eating and shopping. Waynesville has become one of our favorite destinations and this VRBO is certainly the best we've rented here! We will definitely look into staying here for all future visits. Our sweet little Dachshund loved it too!

Easy access to town. Hot tub was easy to use. Everything we needed was already provided! Coffee on the front porch in the mountains. What more can you ask for!

We loved the Steps Away Cottage in Waynesville and are trying to plan a trip back this fall. The cottage is only a few blocks from the downtown of Waynesville, it was nice to be able to walk up to town for meals and shopping. The house was very clean, beautifully decorated. The furniture and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. There is so much to do in the Waynesville area, it was a great weekend!

Terrific place to stay and just around the corner from restaurants and shopping. An easy walk. The description of the home is accurate and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Two parking places on the property is also a plus. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Property was well maintained, very clean and close proximity to downtown Waynesville.

We loved the area and the house was almost new. furnishings very nice and clean. Appliances are very modern and worked perfectly. Well stocked except we had only 4 bath towels for the two of us for the six day stay. However the owner provided detergent and dryer sheets and a very nice laundry room so it was no big deal to wash often. Great place we will return soon.
