Rachel is an incredible host! The house is beautiful and clean! There was an unfortunate snowstorm when we stayed there and she sent someone to shovel and has so amenities that cooking at home was fun!

Rachel was an amazing host. Provided clear communication and thoughtful touches like a welcome basket with some snacks. The little house was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. It felt like a true home away from home. The location was perfect, just a short walk to State Street. The hot tub & fire pit provided us with quiet relaxing evenings after a busy day out. We would book this place again! Highly recommend.

We liked the location and the size was perfect for the two of us. The beds were too soft IMO and sloped toward the center so we ended up each sleeping in one bed.

Cute property, excellent location for anything you could need restaurants, shopping, pubs. House had all amenities needed for a thoroughly enjoyable stay!

House was clean and located close to downtown. We enjoyed bringing our dog and staying together as a family. Kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to cook. AC worked well and we used the washer and dryer to clean our clothes. Our favorite was the hot tub and ring toss game out back. We enjoyed playing the game as a family and spending time together. The carport was a plus too. It kept our truck cooler on hot summer days.

Fantastic house - beautifully furnished, clean, and very inviting. Hot tub was amazing and very easy to access. Closed in patio was perfect for my friend's dog to explore off leash. Walking distance to downtown Bristol, including Blackbird Bakery. Felt like home. Highly recommend!

The location was close to everythingWe wanted to see. Loved visiting some family and the South Hoston Dam. Definitely would use again!

Excellent location near Bristol downtown area. We had easy access to Paramount Theatre and the Country Music Museum. The house was perfect (2 older couples), 2 bedrooms and 2 baths all on a single level. We didn’t do any cooking, but all amenities were there. The weather was perfect and we spent much of our down time on the back porch. We would heartily recommend this house for anyone visiting the Bristol area!

We have family in the area and came for a couple milestone birthday parties. We travel to the Bristol/jJohnson City area at least 4 times a year. This was by far the nicest VRBO that we have stayed in. Thanks for the hospitality!

We found our one night stay in Bristol rejuvenating after a long day in the car. The hosts have thought of so many helpful ways to make their home comfortable for travelers. Home has been nicely decorated and is very close to the interstate, but still feels quiet and peaceful.
