Stella Luna - in the Lap of Taos Mountain!

Tranquil! This property is very private. The hot tub was amazing! The fireplace was enjoyed because there was plenty of wood. Highly recommend this property to recharge and enjoy nature. Very close to skiing!

This very private home is located perfectly— close to slopes and to town as well. It’s super quiet; we slept so well! Large backyard was perfect for my kids to build a snowman. The hot tub was perfect après ski. We cook 2 meals per day, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The hosts even left us welcome snacks and fresh flowers. This is truly a premier premier host!

The house was very clean. The host greeted us when we arrived and explained everything and answered all our questions. The house had everything we needed to cook and extra supplies if needed. Firewood was provided. We loved the privacy. House is 20 minutes away from Taos and about 40 minutes from Red River. We visited both places during the stay.

What an amazing stay. Stella Luna came with a fully loaded kitchen, even a basket of fruits. Communication with the host has been terrific. They even left the light on, as we arrived after sunset and it can be dark by the road. Everything in the house was labeled and the house rules were easy to find and follow. Enjoying the hot tub after a day of skiing topped it all. Can only recommend with the highest level possible.

Wonderful host and great place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed this property and the amenities the host provided. We loved the kiva fireplace and the abundant piñon wood supply. The views during the day and sunsets each evening were spectacular.

This home is so warm and welcoming. I felt held the entire time I was there. From wonderful warm, lighting to all of the types of furniture you could need including sofa, kitchen table, dining room table, and everything I think you could need in the kitchen. To having such comfortable and soft bedding in the master bedroom. A wonderful soaking tub, a hot tub, covered patio out back, including a full length lawn chair to lay out and look at the stars at night and a fire pit with chairs out front. Beautiful 360 views for sunsets and mountains. It’s just absolutely stunning. And when I arrived in the evening, I was met by two large mule deer. What a wonderful greeting. The drive is maybe 10 minutes from town. So secluded and quiet and serene and I would absolutely rent again. The house was very accommodating and I really enjoyed my stay. I strongly recommend The Stella Luna. She will take care of you.

Everything was perfect at this property! We met our granddaughter & her husband here for a 3 night stay. We loved the property so much we stayed in every night & played games. The host left fresh bread, wine, chips & salsa & fruit. The kids enjoyed the hot tub & we enjoyed the views & sunsets. We all hope to return to this beautiful haven.

Everything was perfect!Communication with the host was very easy, and quick response time. We used the hot tub every evening. Temperature was good. Kitchen had all that we needed and more. A nice touch were snacks , wine, and flowers left for us.The views from all the windows and the outdoor seating areas were amazing!!The hikes we came to do were within an easy drive.And the bed in the master bedroom was just what we needed after all our hard hikes.I would definitely recommend this home, and I would love to stay here again in the future.

Perfect location for all things recreationally Taos; great hospitality and spotless property; all kitchen essentials provided; although it lists ac in amenities, there were only fans and open windows to keep it cool; not too much of a problem, but it would have been nice to have on the hot afternoons; admit to being surprised about the check in procedure where we were met by a host representative at the property and shown around; that was a first for Vrbo experiences for us; overall great experience and would stay here again if ever back in the area

We spent a fabulous week at the house, doing a combo of WFH and adventuring around Taos. House was super comfortable, views were spectacular, so nice just to sit out in the hot tub and watch the stars come out / hear the crickets start up. Very grateful places like this exist.

We had a wonderful, peaceful time, we saw deer and hummingbirds right out the window. This is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy this area!!

Great trip

Very well stocked house. Host was very responsive when communicating. Technology such as televisions could use some updating but overall very satisfied. Would stay here again if in the area.

We love the kiva fireplace and plentiful firewood, the backyard hot tub with the clear view of the stars, the mule deer that graze through the area in the early evening. Great location between the town of Taos and the ski valley. It's so amazing how quiet and still the setting is. Fresh fruit and bread in the kitchen on our arrival; the heated tile floor, breakfast at the kitchen table by the front window. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy the home!

Stella Luna is a lovely casita and located in a perfect spot in between Taos and the Ski Valley. I was there for the month of February and could not have been happier or more pleased with the property. The casita is beautifully decorated and has everything one could need, including a kitchen with every think one can imagine. It is well designed for two couples or two friends as the layout separates the bedroom spaces from the central living area. Sanjay is very responsive if there are questions or issues. It was just a delight to stay there.

Lovely and peaceful with amazing views of the surrounding mountains. Close enough to town to explore all the wonderful shops, galleries and dining (if you don't feel like cooking), but remote enough for a restful retreat. I enjoyed being able to explore the surrounding areas and have a 'base camp' to return to for a nice hot tub under the stars. Super friendly and responsive host. I highly recommend.

Beautiful home with everything you could ask for.

What a wonderful place to get away from it all. Stella Luna is a beautiful, well appointed home in a peaceful and serene location. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and the lovely flowers, swarms of hummingbirds, star filled skies and frogs croaking us to sleep were the cherry on top. Check in and check out we’re fast and easy. Appreciated the fresh fruit, and delicious blue corn tortilla chips and salsa to snack on. We not only felt like guest, but like we were wanted there. I would love to stay at Stella Luna again the next time we are in the Taos area. Thanks for a fabulous long weekend.

Quiet and located near trailheads, Arroyo Seco, and Taos. When my husband called to ask for the shade sails to be adjusted so that the anchor points wouldn't bang against the house, they had it fixed in 24 hours. Betttina met us and supplied local food supplies and wine to help us settle in. All around great property and management team.
