StayIU: B-Town Bungalow • Walk to IU & Kirkwood • Quiet Street + Porch

A lovely 2 BR 2 BA bungalow with a nice front porch for lounging. Very clean. Linens and shower gel/shampoo and hand lotion supplied. A Keurig coffee machine to get the day started right. A great location and easily walkable to campus. Great hosts and check in and check out instructions were as directed. Highly recommend!

Love this house !! Clean, close to IU

We’ve stayed in a lot of VRBO’s over the years and this is one of the best! The house is amazing. So clean and well thought out. Stocked with everything you can imagine. Beautifully decorated and well taken care of. Loved that it was pet friendly as well. So convenient to the IU campus and all that has to offer. The owner was very responsive to us as well. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch with our dog!

Perfect stay in Bloomington. Well-maintained and clean bungalow with so many amenities. Beautiful decor as well. You could tell a lot of thought was put into this property to make it extra special. Close to IU, shopping, and dining. We loved that this house had a crib for our young child and so many other items for visitors with children. It's near impossible to find a hotel or rental with a crib and the thought was really appreciated.

Our second stay at this beautiful, classic Bloomington bungalow. Stayed for IU homecoming weekend (10/24) with my wife and college friend and his wife. This is my favorite place to stay in Bloomington which I visit once a year. Great location with a walk to Kirkwood street and close to supermarket and Big Red Liquors. Also, a close walk to a wonderful restaurant called The Elm. This place is so decorated so appropriately for the Bloomington experience. Great kitchen, living space, large bedrooms and outside porch. Enjoyed the retro turntable with over 150 albums. Cannot recommend this place enough. Will definitely return. Go IU.

Great house

We had a wonderful weekend at this property. Our IU students who visited us also loved it! The front porch was cozy and perfect for conversations, the beds were very comfortable and the overall space was perfect for a IU Moms getaway! Check in and out was very easy and communication with the owners was immediate! I can't recommend it enough. We plan on returning next year!

We loved everything about our stay. The house has unique historical charm while maintaining a modern, open feel. So clean, and so comfy, from the beds and pillows to the living room decor. The house has everything: large dining table, updated kitchen and appliances, washer/dryer and a keurig machine (which came in handy while working from home). We were there visiting our old Bloomington favorites, and it was so great walking from our incredible front porch, and straight down the street to the 4th street arts festival and Soma coffee house. There was an IU football game in town, so the fall vibe and pageantry surrounded us. The house was the perfect place to end every day. A place to call home. Thank you to our wonderful hosts! Truly amazing stay!

My wife graduated from Indiana University in 1982 she hasn’t been back since we did a lot of walking on campus bought back lots of memories for her we live south of Chicago iam a orange and Blue fan illni we did walk around football and Basketball stadium I am glad we went we had a great time talked to lots of good people Bloomington thanks for your hospitality and thanks for opening your home to us
