Yes, the beach view was superb and unobstructed, and the apartment was extremely comfortable and pleasant to be in, and the development had excellent amenities (cafe, bar, gym. parking). Although improvement works were taking place, we weren't troubled by noise. There were no beach towels provided as promised, but Jessica brought us some when we called her. The upper shelf of the dishwasher had come off its bracket and was already skew-whiff when we arrived. We tried to fix this but were unable to. It was reported but wasn't attended to during our stay. We felt the apartment would benefit from some available blankets or duvets. While we weren't exactly cold in the night, the coverings provided felt too thin and insubstantial. Some of the kitchen utensils were a bit iffy, particularly the blue Kitchen Aid rubber spatula, which has a split in it, and others look like they could do with replacing too. One of the frying pans has a couple of deep scratches in the non-stick coating. a proper bread knife would have been useful. These are all relatively small points though, only mentioned because we assume you'll want to know, especially considering the higher prices charged when building work isn't happening. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay, and look forward to using VRBO again, and returning to Treasure Island.

Great location but the unit was not clean and it is dated. The tub was not clean with hair on several places and the bath floor was stained with what I am assuming is just grime from the floor. If you happen to walk barefoot in the unit, your feet would be black on the bottom You could not use the washing machine if you were in the unit because it was so loudThe patio furniture legs stuck to the floor for some reasonI paid over 200 for a cleaning fee and I would say that’s a rip off and you need to get someone in to actually clean.

Nicely appointed condo and from a visitors view, the property is recovering since hurricane last year. Staff at the cafe very professional and helpful. The beach was beautiful!Some of the visitors were pretty noisy late into the evening during a few of the nights.

Condo was great and well equipped. Resort was awesome with its kiddy pool and bigger pool. Nice being Gulf Front. Allie at the tiki bar was great. She had awesome info on where to eat in the area. Definitely renting unit again!
