Stayed Dec 1, 2025The house is very comfortable and well suited for access to all things Rotarua. They provided loads of towels and many sets of dishes, which was really convenient. The hot tub is super enjoyable, but it does take much longer to fill and heat than described. You also have to rig the plug with weights and a cloth to keep it from leaking out. But once it’s all up and running, it’s so lovely. The major downside was no internet the entire time we were there. WiFi was strong, but the internet was out. I had to use my phone as a hot spot for everything.

Stayed Apr 5, 2024Great little house, perfectly located in central Rotorua. Walking distance to town and Eat Street but in a lovely quiet street. Comfy beds, awesome lounge and living area and good kitchen. Couldn’t get the spa going as it kept emptying itself but aside from that, this is an excellent place to stay with a garage for bikes if needed. Highly recommend
