Stayed Dec 24, 2025Property was nice. Would like to of seen more comfortable seating but overall great. I would add in the check in that you will need to enter through the fence . it was little confusing especially at night. Great place though! Neighborhood was darling.

Stayed Jun 4, 2025We loved this place and would totally stay here again. The host was excellent with communication, and gave us stellar recommendations for nearby food! The house was clean, the kitchen has several appliances if you want to do any cooking, and the fridge with a water filter was super helpful. It was very conveniently located near Universal Studios, and the neighborhood is gorgeous!

Stayed May 13, 2025Everything was very nice. Very clean and comfortable. Apartment was stocked with necessities and there is a very nice grocery store within walking distance. Nice Neighborhood. Good location for various day trips. Daniel, the property manager, responded immediately to any questions. I would highly recommend this property.

Stayed Apr 21, 2025We had a lovely stay at this property. It was clean and had everyrhingbwe needed. It is on a quiet street and walkng distance to shops and a few restaurants. We were visiting family in Burbank and it was very conveniently located. Very nice.and responsive host.

Stayed Nov 26, 2024Very nice property. Comfortable beds and nice kitchen! Two small areas for improvement would be a couch with higher back/neck support. And the wi fi was very spotty/slow. Overall a very good time at the property.
