1+1 mid-century meets boho next to Studios

The place was perfect and I cannot wait to go back another time it is not raining so much. The apartment had everything we needed and we ordered food from the Italian place next store everynight which was easy too.

The unit was perfect for my visit. Clean, comfortable and well stocked. Great location and the hosts were quick to respond to questions. Parking close by can get tricky during the day if you plan to hang out there as it’s 1or 2 hour limits on the side streets. Nighttime there is parking behind the unit. It wouldn’t stop me from coming back, though.

This place was so cute, so clean & super convenient to everything! Walking distance to coffee, restaurants & Warner Brothers Studios.

We’re very familiar with Los Angeles as we lived there for four years many years ago. This is a fantastic little neighborhood, with 15 restaurants within a three minute walk. This little bungalow is cozy and quiet, despite what you think of the location on a map. Everything was prepped for us as others have noted. And when was the last time a host had Tums in the medicine cabinet for when you over-indulged? The alley parking only available from 6 pm to 9 am was a non-issue; lots of street parking around. Would bring an eyemask as outside can be bright, but we would absolutely return.

The property was exactly as advertised. It was cute and clean and near many restaurants which were walking distance. Very convenient to all freeways as well. Great communication with the owners, who checked in periodically. I would definitely recommend this property!

This was our second time staying here and it did not disappoint. The location is excellent. Many coffee shops and restaurants are within walking distance, along with Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s. We love everything about the rental. The space is comfy, has everything you need for your stay and just as advertised. Communication with hosts is always prompt. Can’t wait to stay there on our next trip.

I live a short distance away and my duplex was undergoing repairs. This was a perfect solution for my pet and I to escape for a couple of days. Beautifully appointed, comfortable and cozy on a rainy day. Withprivacy and safety both and nearby parking and also accessible with ride sharing services. Fully functional kitchen, lovely bathroom and shower with spa robes and a wonderful bed. Thanks so much to Jen & Fern for their welcome and ease of handling my questions. And the pics are accurate ! Book it now because it won't last.

Convenient location, parking was a breeze, loved the gated courtyard entrance, definitely made me feel safe.I loved the overall feel of the neighborhood, beautiful and next to no noise. Plenty of great restaurants within walking distance and right next to WB Studios. Great communication, will definitely be staying again the next time i'm in town. Thank you Jen and Fern!

This little bungalow was an absolute gem! Perfect location to Universal Studios and a quaint downtown! It’s decor was fantastic and our hosts were amazing! Thank you Jen and Fern for such a fun little getaway!
