Stay in our amazing 4 BR 2BA home, Pool and Hot Tub, Oceanside canal, Kayak

We had the best time! Gail, the property manager, was amazing the whole time! She really made the stay easy and helped by giving us recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. The pool was perfect!

We loved everything about this amazing house! The pool, hot tub, and tiki hut were a highlight for us. There was plenty of space. The bedrooms were lovely and we enjoyed the decor. They had everything we needed and communication was phenomenal. We hope to come back next year!

We went down for Christmas last year was awesome. Communication with the host was great needed a dog crate to help me out just really easy-going and really a great experience beautiful property.

We so enjoyed the outdoor space! The kids enjoyed the heated pool and we adults loved the hot tub. The pool/Tiki hut area was so charming at night too with the ambient lighting and pool lights. And true to the listing's name, we actually saw 4 manatees swimming down the canal that the home backs up to. The home has charming beach decor and was very comfortable, and you could not beat the location- close to everything we wanted to do including Sombrero Beach, the Turtle Hospital, the Dolphin Research Center, indoor surfing and fun shopping. Two major grocery stores only 5 minutes away. It was convenient but also a quiet, restful location. We would book it again!

This was a fantastic stay for the seven of us. Two paddle boarded to the Atlantic, two also jumped out of a perfectly good airplane. We cooked most nights on the stove and the grill. I want to say we nearly never stayed inside. The pool was a perfect size, and one couple wants to put one at their house just like it. We fished (caught three) off the dock, lounged in the pool (loved the umbrella) and spent much time under the tiki hut. The house is so close to everything, including the grocery, the dive shop and the tax office for our fishing licenses. Gail was so quick to respond to every message we sent, and made the whole trip stress free. This is the first house we ever said we’d go back to. Thank you so much for such a good time.

We had a wonderful week! The house was a great location and had a beautiful outdoor area! We rented a boat and were able to fish and take our fish to restaurants that they cooked for our dinner. The house manager, Gail was a great communicator! We would stay here again!

Clean, comfortable house. We loved the private heated pool and hot tub. Marathon is centrally located in the keys and allowed a day trip to Everglades NP and 2 days in Key West. Everything was clean with a couple small issues we brought to the manager’s attention. We cook a lot and had almost everything needed. We would definitely stay here again. The King Master is upstairs with a shared bathroom with the Wueen & twin rooms. A queen room with en suite bath is on the main level which is up a set of steps from the parking- so not great if you can’t do steps. I feel like it was advertised that I would need to bring all the extras and wasn’t surprised, but We dislike Florida rental standards that they don’t leave more than a starter of things like laundry soap, dish soap, cleaning supplies, TP etc. this is a BYO most things including ziplocks, Tupperware (we had to buy some), spices, TP. Overall, we had a great week and would stay again. The manager is very hands on and checked in frequently.

Great communication by the host and property manager, and the house and location were great, as expected.

The home was large enough for our group, the pool and the dock was enjoyed by our grandkids.The beds were comfortable and the house was well stocked with essentials.

Very nice place but road is tight if you have a big boat 24' and entry to canal is very shallow at low tide

We loved the pool and tiki hut! We used them everyday and evening. We saw Manatee and my son enjoyed fishing off the dock. I only wish the king size mattress was in the main floor bedroom.

Manatee Cove made our 6th visit to the Keys absolutely incredible! This home was perfect for my family of five (hubby, myself, and 3 little girls), my in-laws and our standard poodle! Everything was incredibly clean, all the necessities were provided, and my children were in the pool every minute we were at the house! We loved the layout of this house: the in-laws were comfortable in the queen bed downstairs with the en suite and the rest of us took the 2nd floor bedrooms. The master is SO SPACIOUS! We went out for dinner a few evenings but the others we spent cooking and eating outside in the tiki hut and watching the pelicans go by. At night I loved looking at the stars from the balconies. This neighborhood is SO QUIET and peaceful! The hot tub at night with all the fun pool lights on was the perfect end cap to our days in the Keys!

Fantastic house and property ! Location, pool and Cleanliness were all superb. Will definitely book here again !
