Relaxing poolside in padded chaise lounge chairs, soaking in jacuzzi, dining and shopping nearby.Spacious, comfortable, clean, well laid out and appointed, comfortable bed/bedding and furniture, beautiful pool and private backyard! Great cable, TVs, Internet.Outstanding location--quiet and near the best of Scottsdale, pleasant drives to Cave Creek/Carefree, Mesa/Tempe (Cubs), easy access to highways.Jim is very responsive and helpful, great host!

We booked Jim’s home for a quick end-of-summer getaway, and it could not have been more perfect. As locals, we were simply looking for a beautiful spot with a private pool, hot tub, and outdoor grill to relax and recharge. Jim’s home checked every box and truly delivered.The house itself is spacious, stylish, and very comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully set up, blending comfort with style.The backyard was one of our favorite parts — quiet, peaceful, and a perfect spot to sit with coffee in the morning before jumping into the pool for the day. Most of our time was spent outdoors, whether swimming, relaxing in the hot tub, or grilling on the patio.What really stood out was Jim’s hospitality. He was an outstanding host — easy to reach if we had questions and even checked in on us during a wild summer storm to make sure we were doing okay. His customer service really matched the quality of his home.We’re definitely keeping this home on our list for future stays. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, style, and a great host experience!

Check in was very easy, house was great. The kitchen was fully stocked, WiFi was easy to sign into and working. The pool was great with lots of floats and games. Close to anything you could need from groceries, restaurants and activities.

The property is in a quiet residential area with good off street parking in a large integral garage. The outside pool area is large and private and the pool is excellent. The property itself is spacious, comfortable and extremely well equipped, especially in the kitchen and catering areas.It is conveniently close to shopping and entertainment areas as well as all the Scottsdale golf. This was our 10th annual pilgrimage from the UK and we love it.

We have been using VRBO for many years, so we’ve had all kinds of experiences renting houses. This house was definitely one we would recommend and stay at again. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and large enough to swim laps uneven! Jim was attentive but not intrusive and was a tremendously organized owner. His emails were wonderfully detailed and provided all the information we needed to know! Thanks for a great stay! ownerappreciated

We've had numerous lengthy stays at this special home, equipped with eveything you'll need. The owner is immediately responsive to any questions. We especially enjoy the large, well maintained and nicely heated pool and the attached spa. The home is in a great location near numerous great restaurants and activities. We love it so much we keep coming back for more!

Great time

We enjoyed our stay! House was clean and you don’t have to worry about needing extra towels, or toiletries. Plenty of extras! They offer pool rafts and other items for the pool! We loved the pool! Plenty of room and the bathrooms are huge! House is big so you have a little privacy too with one bedroom at opposite end of the house. We were close to everything. Several restaurants, shops, and grocery stores near. Hiking areas and Zoo not far. My only complaint would be the set restriction on thermostat. We were fine but felt like it could be a few degrees cooler in the house There isn’t a ceiling fan in the master bedroom but I slept fine. There is a mobile unit in the master to help keep it cool. Very nice place to stay.

We enjoyed staying at this house while we all got reacquainted with Arizona after about 10 years. My mother went to ASU and my grandparents lived in Phoenix for many years. In addition, we attended a conference in Desert Ridge. Our stay was comfortable, and easier due to our choice to stay here. This house was our hub for visiting many areas in Arizona from Saguaro to Sedona. We would look to stay here again if visiting Phoenix.

If I could give the place more than 5 stars I would! Exceptional home and host. Great neighborhood. Definitely will be staying here again.

Everything was fantastic!! The house was beautiful, spacious, and well kept. The host communicated thoroughly and timely, and was very accommodating and polite. The outside area and pool was great! I definitely plan on booking again when I go back. Thanks for your hospitality Jim!
