Everything about our stay in this home was perfect for our family Thanksgiving. The home is in a great location and provides everything you need and more!Meaghan was an attentive host, providing an easy rental experience!

This home worked perfectly for us for a family gathering centered around attending a grandson's football game at Colorado School of Mines. The hosts were outstanding, checking in after a day there to make sure we were happy with everything. The location of the home is great, with easy access to downtown Golden or Denver, Red Rocks, tons of parks, and front range activities. The home was well kept, and we used the fire pit and hot tub every day we were there. It was an excellent VRBO experience, and we would recommend highly. We would definitely rent from Joe and Meghan again (already planning a trip for next year!).

We had a wonderful stay at this home! It was the perfect location—just a quick drive to both Golden and Red Rocks, and conveniently close to stores and restaurants. There’s also a lovely park with a playground just a block away, which was great for the kids. The house itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The foosball and ping pong tables were a huge hit with the kids! Most importantly, the hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Fantastic little home! Lots of room for fun inside and out! Plenty of table room for games for a bigger family. Lots of bunnies in the back lawn if you have little ones who like to watch the bunnies! There is a park right by the house and there is plenty to eat and stores within a close close drive or walk. This house is a perfect place for family to relax and enjoy the area without being in “the city” but so close to so much. Easy access to highway and red rocks amphitheater! We had a fantastic stay and hopefully we will be back!

All eating and prepping surfaces were clean. Lots of fun activities and games to do in the home!

My wife, toddler son, and I had a great stay here for 2 weeks during our trip to Denver. The location was perfect for us - central to all we wanted to do. It also had a great basement and decent backyard for our son to play. The host was responsive and very easy to work with. We would stay there again!

The house is perfect for a couple families to stay in Denver with its split level. It’s very conveniently located in a great neighborhood with a grocery store and pharmacy a couple blocks away. The host was responsive and friendly. I highly recommend this house for your stay in Denver.

The house is in the perfect location for us. 20-30 minutes from downtown Denver and hiking trails in the mountains. The house was clean, very easy to get to from the interstate and has game area for the family. Definitely recommend this house and we will be back again.

We went for a girls weekend to a red rock concert. Excellent location only about 15 minute drive to the concert. Property was clean and well maintained. Joe was responsive within minutes when we needed to communicate with him. Would definitely stay there again. Only thing I noticed was I thought the listing said there were hair dryers so we didn’t pack any and I couldn’t find one. Otherwise everything we needed for kitchen and such was there.

We loved the property and the neighborhood. Very nice park nearby and close to grocery store and restaurants. We’ll definitely rent again!

We utilized this property for a family wedding. The location was convenient and my family enjoyed the backyard including use of the grill and cornhole. Basement also had both ping pong and foosball. Everything was neat & clean and the owner very responsive.

My extended family spent a few days at this property for a quick get away and concert in Morrison. We had more than enough room for 9 individuals(including 4 children). Would definitely recommend the location as its easy access to interstates, Red Rocks, Golden, and even Colorado Springs. Overall, the stay was 10/10 and the amenities provided entertainment for the entire family when we weren't exploring. If we come back to the area we will definitely keep this property in mind.
