Stay Awhile Center City Charlotte minutes away, Noda area

Really enjoyed our accommodations & the hostess was very friendly and even gave us a late checkout.

A little outdated from the pictures. Kitchen and bathroom floors were slick, even with shoes on. Baseboards were full of dust and hair. The metal in the pull out bed was bent. Great response time from host. We were able to check in before 4.

This was our first time using VRBO. It set a fairly high bar. We were close to all the attractions we went to visit. Thank you for a great experience.

This VRBO is in a small, older building, so it's not a luxury experience. But, if you're looking for a responsive host and a great deal on a location right in the heart of Charlotte, you can't beat it!

Comfy quiet spot the only rrason it gets a 4/5 for me is bc there was a pile of trash on yhe curb outsode of the entrance!!! But other than that i recommended this spot if you want a lowkey quiet area close to everything

Very nice place very clean and in a great neighborhood

It was a nice little place in a really nice side of Charlotte. We were close to everywhere we needed to be so it was convenient. Lots of food and drink around.and shopping. I will stay here again.

Our visit was good, the neighbor was near the doctor’s office. The neighbor was quiet and convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. I would stay at the location again.

We came to Charlotte for one night for a special event concert and found this place on VRBO. I got in touch with the owner and told her our flight agenda and Sharon worked with us so we had a perfect stay! We had a very quick trip and wished we could have stayed longer. It was like walking into our own home, everything we needed was there waiting for us. If we find ourselves in Charolett again, I know the first place I'm looking for to stay! Convient to everything we wanted, clean, quiet...perfect!

This property was just what my family needed for a brief stay in Charlotte. It was spacious and clean and the area was nicely located between many convenient businesses. It was only a short hop skip and a jump to the downtown area.

Comfortable accommodations. A little out dated and could use some shelves for storing personal items in bathrooms.

All was good but we had some guy show up, with a key, and opened the front door looking for his “stuff”. He thought he had extended an extra day but it was never approved according to property manager but he still had a key. Could have been very problematic because I carry a weapon and if he would have shown up in the middle of the night it could have been bad

Overall good….wish there was a better front door lock and smelled a little Smokey.

Perfect for 1st anniversary trip

1. Very musty. Could use a dehumidifier 2. No tissues 3. No dish towels or dish liquid 4. Kitchen floor very slippery 5. Remote in back bedroom didn’t work 6. Porch light didn’t work 7. Bushes need to be trimmed so the house number is visible 8. No drawers in bedroom to put clothes 9. No lights in closets ————————————————————————— A. Kitchen was fine B. Beds are comfortable C. Living room tv worked fine; needs to sign in using your own accounts D. Relatively quiet E. Owners very responsive to requests ————————————————————— If you are looking for a low budget vrbo where you aren’t expecting many frills, this place will suffice

Initially had some issues with checking in, however, it was quickly resolved. The pictures are very accurate and it was very cleanly and in a quiet area.

We had a fantastic stay at Sharon’s house. The house was clean and was in a great location. She was very quick to respond when we thought we were having trouble with the HVAC (it ended up being fine) and she even offered to bring us fans!

It was the perfect size and location for what we were needing it for. We walked everywhere & had a blast!

We were in town for the Coke 600 and this place was perfect. Comfortable, beautifully decorated, clean, great location, listing was accurate. We loved it and will for sure be back again. The property manager is fantastic and responds to messages super fast.
