Stay and play in the Village by the Sea!

Great location and the home was fantastic. Everything was close by and the home included everything you could need. Highly recommend!

Great location! So many awesome places to walk to and a beautiful view of the sunset each day! There was plenty of room for our family or 4, and all the beds were really comfortable! The only disappointment was that the patio couch in the pictures had been replaced by a table. We were definitely daydreaming of lounging in the sun on the patio couch, and there was just a table and chairs there, so no room to lounge. Otherwise everything was awesome!

What a wonderfully serene property this is. The hubub of downtown Del Mar is just a block away for when we wanted to go to shops and restaurants, and less than a block in the other direction was the Pacific. The house is so comfy and cozy and has lovely beachy decor. More than anything, tho, was the great care taken of us by Lauren was a gift. I’d stay here again at this gem of a home with a gem of a host over and over.

We just returned from an unforgettable New Year’s getaway at a beautiful house in Del Mar, and we couldn't be more thrilled with our experience! **Location:** The property is perfectly situated, just a short stroll from the stunning beach and vibrant local shops and restaurants. We loved being able to enjoy morning walks along the coast and having easy access to everything we needed.**Host:** Our host was exceptionally welcoming and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and communication was excellent. Best host experience. **Overall Experience:** We enjoyed cozy evenings in the spacious living area and appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. We’re already looking forward to our return next month! If you’re considering a stay in Del Mar, this is definitely the place to be. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed this house as it is walking distance to great restaurants, the beach, and shopping. The sunsets are spectacular from the back patio.

#1. Great location. A block or two from the beach or great restaurants. #2. The view. Doesn’t get much better than sitting on the patio drinking coffee and looking out over the pacific. #3. The host. Lauren is a great host. Very helpful and communicative. We love Del Mar and we loved staying here.

You can’t beat the location — walk to ocean / walk to Del Mar Pizza for a slice or just enjoy the patio. House has everything you need — just bring a smile and enjoy — the host does an awesome job and the dog is cool….

We enjoyed our time at this spot. Very clean, comfortable and close to everything. The owner was a class act and went above beyond when we had a minor issue. We will definitely be back!

We have stayed in Del Mar area several times and this house is perfect for hanging out on a beach weekend. Our 23 year old son and his girlfriend met us here and we hung out at the beach, walked to restaurants, ran along the river...location can't be beat. The house is updated and is private with plenty of privacy between the master and other bedrooms. Will be back!
