Our South Padre Island Vrbo was a radiant gem for our four families, a vibrant escape filled with laughter and cherished moments. The house enveloped us in comfort, its expansive layout perfectly suited for our lively group. Just across the main road from South Padre’s glistening beach, we relished the short walk to the shore, where days melted into waves and sandy toes. One starry evening, we embarked on a spontaneous late-night stroll to Whataburger, savoring shakes and fries with giggles under the island sky.The kitchen, the heart of our gatherings, shone with excellent cooking utensils, making group meals a delight—though we did need to grab a strainer to complete the set. A comical hiccup arose when we tried to boil water on “high,” only to wait over an hour for it to warm, thanks to mislabeled stove knobs. With a bit of tinkering, we switched the knobs back to their proper spots, and our culinary rhythm was restored.The outdoor pool was a sparkling oasis, beckoning us to dive in and bask in the South Padre sun, its cool waters a perfect retreat for both kids and adults. One unforgettable night, we turned the living room into a karaoke haven, belting out songs with boundless enthusiasm, our voices blending in a joyful symphony. We enjoyed our stay. The property is wonderful for a family to eat and hang out together and yet have our own space when it's needed.

The house was beautiful, equipped with everything we needed as well. The neighborhood was excellent as well. The house is perfect for a big family trip. The only problem we faced was paying for damage from a broken tile that was already lifted/lose on the edge of a step. Also paying for a hole in a wall in the same room as the tile, none of us even had a clue about that hole, it was hiding behind a piece of furniture when we had first arrived.

The house was better than expected.

Great house for a large family. So many extras. Two baskets of beach towels, ice machine, coolers, beach wagons, and a fully stocked kitchen. Enough dishes, silverware, glasses, pots and pans and tools for grilling. They thought of everything. A shot walk to the beach. No need to leave. This house has something for everyone. Highly recommend staying here.

The house was very clean and gave all of us enough room to be together or have some alone time. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Close to many shops and places to eat that you can walk to. Having the game room and the pool just gave us more fun things to do!

Our family trip was incredible! This property had everything you need for a great vacation. The backyard was amazing and the beds were so comfy!

We were a total of 11 adults including one toddler. The house had plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and common space for us plus more if need be! We absolutely loved the kitchen equipped with anything you can ever need for your cooking needs. I must mention that the house is a three-floor home; therefore, you do have to carry stuff up and down stairs. If you have problems with mobility, this might be an issue for you. The game room was excellent for spending time with the younger adults while some spent time in the pool. The outside area was very cute and a nice option for returning from a long beach day. I highly recommend this home for your next trip to SPI. We will certainly be booking it in the future! Thank you for opening up your home to us.

The house was perfect for our group ages 11-73! Plenty of space, perfect distance from beach, restaurants and stores. Plenty of towels and beach accessories!! Sandy was very attentive and nice! We will be back!!

The beach house is beautiful and well maintained. The pool area is very nice. Overall the property is super for a family vacation. The Master suite is gorgeous and has a very spacious bath. The game room bedroom on the basement level was great for tor our teenaged boys. The upstairs bedrooms were very nice too. The proximity to the beach is a little misleading in that the walk entails crossing 4 lanes of traffic if walking. (Difficult if kids and beach chairs and canopies are involved). Parking is limited on the beach access, but we were fortunate enough to find parking every day. Although, the house does technically have 7 bedrooms, the two small ones on the mid-level do not have closets and share the bathroom off the kitchen with everyone else, One comment to the owners. If you rate your rental as 5-Star, we would expect more toilet paper and paper towels. We very much enjoyed our vacation. Thanks so much.

We had our wedding reception here and it was perfect! It held our close family and the backyard was the perfect spot for our special night. Sandy was so helpful and she communicated everything we needed to know. But this house is perfect in general for a family vacation! They pool is magnificent and so relaxing! We will 100% be staying here again with our family!!
