The place was great. Clean, convenient, ammenable. My host was corteous and professional. It was a great trip and a great stay!!If i could change 1 thing... a 4:00 check in is very late but I understant the symantics.

Wonderful State College, PA home in a quiet neighborhood just a 5 minute ride from all that Penn State and the downtown area have to offer. The host was incredibly accommodating and highly responsive throughout our visit. The home itself was comfortable and welcoming with all of the amenities that one could possibly ask for … a great internet enabled tv system, WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, a coffee station, A/C & central heat, comfortable rooms, a laundry room, and so much more. This is a great place to stay if you’re in town to visit PSU or just looking to getaway for a few leisurely days. The home is spacious and has plenty of area for everyone to stretch out and have their own space or to gather in the central area upstairs to hang out and spend quality time together. It’s a nice change of pace from the pricey area hotels that don’t provide much of an escape from the hectic college scene at PSU. We’ll be back for sure

The pictures do not do this property justice. A very lovely home, GREAT location for visiting Penn State (about a 6 minute drive). The bedrooms are very spacious and the kitchen is adorable. The owner is very nice and provided all of the information needed to ensure that we had a great visit. Will be a returning renter!

Great location - nothing was more than a 10min Uber drive (even during game day). We ended up having to get 3 different rental cars due to flight changes, so the deep driveway was very helpful. Instructions for check-in/out were very clear, and he host was very quick with responses. The only thing of importance to note would be the number of beds. Listing stays the house sleeps 9, but it more accurately sleeps 6-7. We were 7 people (including 2 couples and 3 larger men) and had a hard time figuring out how'd we place everyone comfortably. For example, the listing states that there are 3 living room areas with a total of 2 sofa beds and 2 twin beds. However, we only found 1 sofa bed (the others were just regular couches). We ended up figuring it out, but just something for larger groups to consider before booking.

We had a great time at Amy's rental house. It was able to accommodate our group of 7 comfortably will bedding for the pullout and air mattress readily available. The location provided an easy drive into town and to PSU's campus. We would happily stay there again.

So glad we found this house for the weekend! Right in the middle of it all but on a quiet street. House was immaculate inside. Great yard….highly recommend. Owner was quick to respond every time. We will be back

My husband and I stayed here briefly while we dropped off our son at college. Location was perfect, close to campus, restaurants, and other amenities.

I stayed at Amy's place with a few of my teammates when we were in State College for an Ironman triathlon race. As athletes on a race weekend, we were picky eaters and the house had everything we needed to cook and prepare our own meals, which was a plus. It's also super close to grocery shopping which was very convenient. Comfortable beds and quiet neighborhood provided a good night's sleep, and there was lots of communal hang out space for relaxing and socializing, and a full size clothes washer and dryer came in very handy (it rained all day the day of our race and we came home lith lots of wet gear). Host was very responsive and accommodating and check in and check out instructions were clear and easy. Definitively recommend.

Great location, easy to find and only 10 minutes from Rec Hall. Very well equipped having everything we needed. Extra, sheets, towels, blankets with a fully functional kitchen. Warm, bright and inviting living space. Would definitely stay again!

We visited State College for the Keystone State wrestling Championships with our 4 children. This home was so perfect to accommodate all of us really comfortably. The location was terrific also, close to the Bryce Jordan arena and Penn State stadium, and tons of food options around. We were actually able to walk to some restaurants, which was lovely on a spring-like evening. The house included everything we needed, and extras that you can enjoy at nicer hotels, like shampoo/conditioner, hand soap, detergent, etc. We highly recommend this home, and we would return!

Fantastic place! Super cute and clean, plenty of room for a big group but also cozy if just a few! Stocked with great necessities, great communication with owner, comfortable beds spacious bathrooms… would highly recommend staying here! We were here for THON and being so close to the BJC was fantastic!

Our family of four had a great time staying at this home. Easy communication with the owner leading up to and during our stay. Perfect location for easy access to campus (via university drive) and other places in State College. House was nicely set up with plenty of room for our family. All alumni will love the blue white theme!
