    We have been coming to the area for 15 years and have not had to write a negative review before, so we really hate to make this our first. We had two families staying together and needed all the beds to make this work. We were honest in selecting our children that were 13 and older as adults, so we thought that was taken into consideration on bed situations. This was not the case. The bunk beds are not full length, which was not stated in the description anywhere! This false advertisement led to some of our party having to make other arrangements last minute in a high peak season to find alternate sleeping arrangements. We called the property management company but when we checked in it was after hours and the weekend to follow. Someone called us back during the weekend but was unable to help us and took down our information to give to the manager of the property to reach out to us on Monday. Monday came and went and there was no call. By Tuesday we had to call back ourselves and were argued with over the bed situation with no apologies. There were other problems with the house that we would have overlooked given the bed situation would have been accurate, but since they weren’t we feel the need to point those out as well. The front door is a fire hazard as the door knob only turns one way and is very difficult to turn bc it’s small and tight against the door. There were times people couldn’t get out. In short, the ad was false and the management was no help.

    This house needs a lot of maintenance ie the upstairs bath was clogged up and the door wouldn't open and close properly, the water in the master shower never reached a hot temperature, the outdoor shower didn't have water pressure and the owner had the couch cushions steam cleaned upon the day of our arrival so they were unusable for the first 24 hours of our stay. The house needs a lot of updates.

    We really enjoyed our month stay at Stars Hollow. The area was so quiet and accommodations were excellent. We especially enjoyed the nice kitchen with modern appliances, and master bath. So nice to be within walking distance to the beach, and Goatfeathers and other restaurants and shops.We so appreciated the manager's quick response to our questions. Would stay again!

    We enjoyed our stay at Stars Hollow. It’s in a great location on 30A with the beach and restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is great with a gated entrance and two swimming pools. We loved that Stars Hollow is in the back of the neighborhood so it’s quiet and peaceful. We had ample room for our group with three bedrooms and the built in bunks in the hall. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and the laundry room was a wonderful plus. Minus a couple of small repairs needed, Stars Hollow is a 10.

    The house was nice and perfect for us. Need to have some oven mitts available but otherwise had plenty of supplies. The flooring has some gaps in it but didn’t bother us. It’s a 15 minute walk to beach and Shunk Gulley. We rented a golf cart which was great. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Plenty of overflow parking and several pools.

    Stars Hollow was a great house in a perfect location! The neighborhood has two pools, one being very convenient to our house. The house was close to everything we love down there. I would highly recommend Stars Hollow to anyone, and we will hopefully be booking again this summer!

    A convenient location on 30A away from the crowds and craziness of Rosemary & Seaside. Used the gulf view access behind Goatfeathers and felt like there was plenty of room to spread out. Easy check in and rental credit was an added bonus!
