Very clean and quiet. Gated community. Excellent host.

This property is in a gated neighborhood. The neighborhood did not appear to be more than 3-5 years old. Parking was in the drive outside of the property which made it easily accessible for loading and unloading the car. The property was an easy drive to Goodyear Stadium. The purpose of our trip to the area was to attend the Cleveland Guardians spring training The property was very clean and well decorated. We appreciated the washer/ dryer and other appliances. We cooked the majority of our meals there and the kitchen was easy to work in. It could have used a few more plates, bowls, and silverware. The coffee maker was broken but Tiffany replaced it the next morning. The dishwasher did not fill. We called Tiffany and she was willing to look into it but we chose to let it go until we left. We did not mind washing the dishes. Alll -in -all this was a very pleasant stay. Our host Tiffany went out of her way to check in with us and help us when needed. It was a very good stay and I would recommend the property to others.

This location was perfectly located to Camelback Ranch and other amenities needed to have a successful trip. My son and I had an amazing time and built lasting memories. This property was very accommodating and had everything needed to make us feel welcomed and comfortable--there was also a couple of neighborhood parks nearby where we threw the ball around. The owners responsible for this property were extremely friendly, easily accessible, and most importantly, concerned for our wellbeing. HUGE thanks and highly recommended.

The room was beautiful and spotless. Very quiet. It shares a house with another room but it’s a completely separate entry. There was someone staying there and we hardly heard them. Neighborhood is nice and safe and very close to great Kathi g and shopping. Not walking distance but an easy five minute drive. I had to contact the owner to get my check in info because she forgot to send it, but she responded right away and was very helpful and nice. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend or stay again.

Comfortable, spacious and clean. Good neighborhood and conveniently close to State Farm stadium and surrounding shopping. Will definitely stay again. Tiffany was professional and timely in answering any questions.
