No Parties or Events
This home is for registered guests only. Unauthorized gatherings or excessive noise will result in immediate cancellation without refund.

No Smoking or Vaping Indoors
Smoking is only permitted outdoors and away from doors or windows.

Pets
Dog over 50 lbs are not permitted. Guests are responsible for all damage caused by pets including: Staining carpet/furniture, scratches on floor, furniture and floors. Please clean up after them and keep them off furniture and bedding.

Hot Tub Rules
No glass near the hot tub. Please shower before entering. Children must be supervised. Please close the cover after use.

Fire Pit & Fireplace
Never leave fires unattended, never leave the fire on for more than 1 hour. Please turn off the fire pit before leaving the fire pit area.

House Care
Treat the cabin with respect. Report any damages or maintenance issues promptly.

Cameras
To protect the home from accidental damage, as well as assisting in any subsequent claims, we have 2 security cameras directed at the upper and lower points-of-entry. They are unmonitored until a claim is filed, and are positioned and established in accordance with AirBnB`s privacy policy + guidelines.

Parking available in the 2-car carport as well as the 2-car garage

Checkout Instructions:

Checkout is at 10:00 A.M with later check-out upon request

Place used towels in the bathtub or laundry basket
