From the moment we arrived, the property was a treat. We entered to music playing throughout the house and outside. There were several nice touches, and especially appreciated the bathrobes that were available. This place was exactly what we were looking for and did not disappoint!

We had everything that we needed. Beautiful view, loved the hot tub, very clean, well stocked. Close enough to Sedona but also far enough away. Great communication. Fabulous 20th anniversary trip.

The house was perfect for our girls trip! It’s quiet and secluded which made it a lovely place to hang out and relax by the pool after a morning of hiking. Overall amenities were good and the host was very responsive to our outreach. I would definitely stay here again!

This property was fantastic. The home was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and located in a very quiet area that made our stay feel truly restful. We loved how peaceful the surroundings were and how easy it was to relax - which was exactly what we needed. The host clearly takes great care of the space. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a calm, comfortable getaway!

Beautiful home with beautiful views and the home had all we needed. Excellent communication with host. The only disappointment was that the pool was unusable because the water was so cold. The description said the pool is unheated so I knew beforehand but thought with Arizona sun, there was a chance we could use. Although the sauna was used and appreciated, had the pool been heated, it would've made our stay perfect. Otherwise - beautiful home and we all absolutely loved the layout! Thank you for having us- a great way to enjoy Sedona and springtime in Arizona celebrating my husband's 60th birthday with my daughters and my son-in-laws!! Made some memories

What a wonderful property! The kitchen was equipped with more than enough of what anyone would need. The beds were very comfortable, and plenty of towels for the bathroom a d beach towels fornthe pool and hot tub. The pool was freezing (I assume not heated), so we were unable to use it, but did use the hot tub several times. There was a hige variety of pool toys for the pool. The putting green was fun, and we used it several times. We really enjoyed the patio and pool area..there are shady spots and sunny spots for everyone's preference. I really cannot say anything negative about this property. We would definitely visit again!

This was the perfect getaway for our Spring Break family trip. My mom, myself and my two daughters enjoyed this home so so much. Being able to enjoy the peace and quiet of the desert after a busy day at the Grand Canyon, Red Rocks, Cathedral of the Holy Cross, and Tlaquepaque shopping and dining was a dream. Everything we needed (coffee, sugar, oil and spices for cooking, detergent for laundry, cozy blankets to snuggle on the couch and patio, tons of towels for bathing and swimming) was at hand. Kim was such a friendly and helpful host - though we didn’t need to bother her for a thing. The seclusiveness was a huge selling point - the drive was easy to navigate with an SUV. I’ve already recommended this home (and our itinerary) to friends! Will definitely return for another unforgettable trip! Five stars!

We booked for spring break with 3 kids and planned for this to be down time by the pool. Got there and the pool was FREEZING. Contacted the host and they said “oh, it’s a Cold Plunge”. Was not clearly noted in the listing. They have a heater, they just won’t turn it on. We left immediately and spent twice as much on a resort. Then we had to fight to get our money back. Worst VRBO we’ve ever had

Amazing experience for our first real VRBO! Kim was very responsive to the few questions we had and sent only important information allowing us to just relax and enjoy our vacation. The property was exactly as advertised - a beautiful, clean, and fun space for our family to enjoy. The view, especially at night, was spectacular.

We had a great stay in this beautiful and comfortable home. The host provided all the accoutrements necessary for a relaxing stay and she checked on us regularly to ensure everything was good. The location is a bit of a drive from Sedona, however, well worth the trip based on the privacy you get along with the fantastic back yard, star gazing, and sunsets.

My family of 7 adults stayed at this home & we loved everything about it. It is a beautiful home with amazing views. There was plenty of room for all of us & it is in a quiet area away from everything. It was clean & had everything we needed. It is far from the town of Sedona & a lot of the activities but we preferred it that way. We wanted to get away & relax after a busy day hiking. There were a few hiccups but they were responded to quickly. We definitely recommend this house & If we go back to the area we would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I had an amazing weekend. The property is very remote which I an exactly what we wanted. Evenings are quiet so we slept so well. The sunrises and sunsets are breathtaking. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and watching the wildlife. Bring everything you need b/c there is not a grocery store close by. The stargazing at night is spectacular. Can’t wait to go back!

Everything about this rental was perfection! We had everything we could possibly need at our fingertips, the beds were so comfortable, and the views were spectacular. I didn’t miss a single sunrise while we were there! We enjoyed hiking in nearby Sedona daily (we couldn’t believe we got to wake up to Bell Rock and Courthouse Butte views from the house every morning), swims in the pool in the evening, stargazing and scorpion hunting at night with flashlights (although much to my kids disappointment none were to be found). Breakfast or lunch at the Peachtree Cafe is a MUST, and be sure to visit Calypso’s Daughter across the way for the perfect stop and shop if you like antique’s and unique finds. We can’t wait to come back!

Out of the way, but in a good way! Great backyard for lounging by the pool, sitting in the spa, or roasting marshmellows over the fire. The house is open, roomy, and comfortable, and the host is very responsive. Plan for a 45 minute drive to get to most things in the Sedona area. It's a ways out, but worth it for the solitude and relaxation after the buzz of Sedona.

We ended our trip traveling from the Grand Canyon to Vegas to Sedona at this wonderful home! It was cozy and relaxing and close enough to the local state parks and Sedona/Cottonwood to explore. The property hosts were available to answer questions and very helpful. Highly recommend this place for couples looking for a place to relax or families looking for a fun place to hang out while traveling!

This property was absolutely amazing, both inside and outside, even better than described! This home had quite literally everything you needed, they really truly have thought of everything and it made our stay that much more enjoyable. The property was clean and extremely comfortable with plenty of space for our family of 6 (2 adults, 4 kids 10-14), well stocked kitchen/bathrooms, and the outdoor space was great and provides beautiful views for relaxing in the morning or in the evening. The only drawback was the pool was chilly, like too chilly for even a dip after a hot day of hiking but in all honesty we were so busy doing things we really wouldn’t have had much time to swim. The hot tub however was the perfect way to relax in the evening, with a glass of wine while star gazing (so many stars). The location is great, very private which is what we were looking for but close enough for us to drive into Sedona which we did several times. The owner was in contact throughout the trip which was nice when/if we had questions. All in all it was a fantastic family getaway; we enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay here again if we ever head back this way!

We were between this house and a couple hotel rooms in Sedona. Staying 40 mins from Sedona turned out to be WAY more of a feature than a bug. Not only does the house have every amenity you can imagine but you are literally waking up in one of the most beautiful setting - that just pours over you. Between the tourists and the traffic in town we were surprised at how much we loved the location in Rimrock. The amenities were perfect: just as described, and the host was super attentive. The place is clean and has a calming atmosphere. There is a little breakfast/lunch place less than 10 mins away (Peach Tree Cafe) that was the best meal and service we had in all of Arizona. 10/10 strongly recommend this stay!!

We visited for our 10th wedding anniversary and it was a lovely experience overall. Upon our arrival we found a clean, welcoming home with flowers and a card which was such a sweet and kind gesture. We greatly enjoyed the house and backyard and truly felt at home while we were there. It was lovely to star gaze in the hot tub at night and loved being able to play music on the speaker system while we relaxed by the pool.
