Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.

ALL ANIMALS MUST be approved in advance of your booking. Don't try to sneak an animal in - we will know! It will be a $500 fine. Animals not allowed on the furniture or beds. You must pick up any paste waste left in the yard and throw away in the garage. $125 pet fee that must be approved prior to your stay.

Once you've booked with us, we ask that you keep all communication within the platform. That's the best way to keep in touch and keep all the details in one place.
