Beautiful, serene setting on quiet lake. Hostess was very friendly and helpful from the start of the reservation all the way through. Lots to do with tons of great water toys to choose from and a warm. welcoming home.
We spent 3 days in this property without going anywhere else. We had a lot fun, fishing, boating, kayaking…. The landlord responded to requests quickly. We’d love to come back again!
I stayed here with my family on 2021 Christmas weekend highly recommend it to everyone Everything I read and saw on the listing was there, fully loaded kitchen and super clean bathrooms, owner was so friendly and contact me all bunch times before staying to make sure to have everything we need. she was super sweet ? Great location peaceful neighborhood Would love to come back
The house was well stocked with pantry items, linens, etc. Toys for the kids were a plus. Plenty of kayaks, a canoe, and paddle boat. This house is very remote and set apart from the other houses on the lake, which makes for good privacy. We had a nice stay.
Check in was super easy the home owners were super helpful the property was beautiful and in a great location would definitely stay here again
This cabin is in a quiet, peaceful location. For anyone looking to get away from it all, this is the place. And yet, there are sights and scenes within an easy drive. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped with anything you need to make a meal, including spices and condiments, so you don't have to buy a year's supply for a tiny amount. The hosts are very generous in allowing use of all the amenities the cabin has to offer. We really enjoyed our time away from everyone and everything.
This was our second time to the property and we CANNOT WAIT for a third! It was clean and beautiful! Even in the bad weather we had an AMAZING time enjoying the lake and staying cozy next to the fire place! 10/10 would recommend!
We had such a great Winter getaway at the lake house. Beautifully done and perfectly stocked. There was nothing we could have needed that we did not have from kitchen supplies with full cupboards to sleds in the shed. The house is lovely and clean and large. We never even used the downstairs section. 4-wheel drive as a must in the winter is not an exaggeration. The road is totally manageable but I’d be concerned without 4x4. We found a great clearing just at the end of the road on the side of the house to do some really fun exciting sledding. The lake was frozen and we watched deer trot across in the morning after feeding on the bushes in the backyard. The house is about 40 minutes from any local mountain but the ride is easy and beautiful. We highly recommend this property and would love to see it in the summer.
There is no way I’d be able to sum up how lovely our stay at Naomi and Jeff’s lake house was. Our group stayed for 3 full weeks and wanted for absolutely nothing while at the lake. Mornings consisted of quiet coffee kayak rides and bird watching as the lake life slowly woke up. At any given time 4 or 5 of us would be working during the week, lake views in the background as we chatted with our remote coworkers from the deck on crystal clear WiFi (even on vid calls!). Lunch breaks were filled with quick dips at the floating dock enjoying the peacefulness and sunshine. Watching the sun set behind the mountain with a glass of wine every night was a favorite activity, and it signaled that it was time to prep dinner in the fully stocked kitchen. Post-dinner, star gazing from the dock was unmatched and soundtracked by an orchestra of frogs, owls and coyotes in the background. Truly a special and unforgettable month. Our hosts were so attentive and gracious, and we will definitely be returning in the future - we’re already planning for it. Thanks again for the perfect escape!!
My family and I went up with another family and had a wonderful week. The lake was clear and fun to swim in. We kayaked and used the rowboat and sat out on the floating deck. We cooked three meals a day and relaxed. We watched movies in the evening. We found some excellent hiking in the vicinity as well as a amazing off road bicycle trail. It was a great week. The house was spacious enough for our size group of 7. We would consider going back.
