St Augustine, Remodeled Oceanfront 3-Bedroom with Beautiful Views. Great Deal

This may be my favorite Vrbo we have stayed in. One of our top priorities is always cleanliness, and this condo was so clean. It also had so many extras for the beach (sand toys, boogie boards/beach chairs/beach wagon) and also fully stocked kitchen with everything you could ever need (tons of pots/pans, etc). The check-in and checkout process was smooth, and the short walk to the quiet beach was amazing. 10/10 would recommend!! Thank you for such an amazing stay during our first trip to St Augustine!!

Beautiful view

We have stayed at Seawinds 38 for several years in a row. Great access to all we wanted to do while staying at the beach.

This place was perfect. Beautiful views and easy access to the beach and only a short drive to historic downtown. The home was well stocked with everything we needed for the beach and for our stay. Will definitely stay again.

Enjoyed our stay - everything was neat and clean, the view was spectacular. A small hiccup with the check-in process, but the owner was very helpful and responsive. It is not far from The Amp outdoor venue so it was perfect for going to a concert! Highly recommend this property!

The master bedroom, with a great view, is on the third floor. First class accommodations.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach front property in St Augustine. Patty was a lovely host, checking in often and answering questions very promptly when needed. Everything we wanted for the beach was available: chairs, towels, sturdy umbrella, beach cart, coolers, etc. There were plenty of restaurants close by, and having the Publix right down the road made it easy to prepare last minute meals in the kitchen. The views from the decks facing the beach were wonderful, especially watching the sunrise (and full moon rise!) from the 3rd floor master bedroom. We would definitely like to return.

Our second stay here and it has everything we needed and expected. The owner and management company was quick to respond to any and all minor issues or requests. The ocean view from the balconies is spectacular.

Great for families. Each family group had their own room and bathroom!! The view of the sunrises and beach were breathtaking with multiple balconies. Beach short walk from condo and you can also drive on the beach with a 4x4 to take your stuff down. Kitchen very well stocked. All very clean and beds comfortable. Pool was nice too. Must not be afraid of stairs

Celebrated my 75th birthday with family and friends. The cottage was clean roomy, we loved the patios the view of the ocean was so relaxing. Great place hopefully we will be back.

We had an absolutely fabulous time! The property was incredibly clean, the views were amazing, and the owner was so responsive and kind (she even checked in on us knowing that Hurricane Erin was roughing up some of the waters along the East Coast). We could not believe how many beach/pool items were available for our use, and the kitchen was beyond fully stocked (even had a wine bottle stopper). We highly recommend this property to anyone looking to travel to St. Augustine!

This condo was amazing. Patty has thought of everything. The view from the two balconies was great. The condo clean and wa perfect. If you re looking for the perfect place to stay in St Augustine Beach this is it.

This lovely townhouse met all our expectations. If we have an opportunity to vacation in St Augustine we hope to stay there again.

its was ok, not very well maintained. Way too many steps for us old folks with bad knees. The room on the top floor was always hot.

Beautiful home with everything you need! Just as advertised. The beach stuff such as the wagons, chairs and umbrellas were a fabulous plus! The pool and beach access was great! We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely go again!

Property was clean, newly renovated and had everything needed for a relaxing beach vacation.

This property was perfect for a couple and 2 singles. The unit was comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. It was a joy to enjoy the beach from our balconies. The location was convenient to restaurants and a grocery store.

Great place and location

We truly enjoyed the ocean front, clean house. It's great for 6 adults, since it has 2 doubles in one room, a queen all being downstairs. Then on the top floor is the king bed. All levels had great views of the ocean. The walkway to the ocean is so close, this was awesome. The beach chairs were great and wagons to bring the toys down. We did not use the swimming pool but it looked nice. St. Augustine is a place that we have not been before, it succeeded our expectations.

The condo had spectacular views of the ocean and was exactly what our family was looking for for a beach vacation to St. Augustine Beach. The condo was clean and supplied everything we needed included some great beach chairs, toys etc. We will definitely be back!

This condo was directly on the beach. Great views and the sound of the surf all day and night. Well equipped kitchen. Quiet neighborhood! Everything was great. The only reason I would not give it a 5 is that the master bed on the third floor, was extremely hard. Fortunately, there were other beds to choose from. The pool is not heated so was not usable during our Feb. stay.

This was a great location for our visit to St. Augustine Beach. We have had an awesome time.

This unit had everything we needed for a comfortable 2 week stay. The owner quickly responded to any questions we had. The 3 floor was a bit warm, but there is a ceiling fan and a nice Dyson fan that certainly helped. Shopping and eateries were nearby. The view of the beach was wonderful. We will stay here again.
