St Augustine Island Home w/ Patio, Walk to Beach!

This house was perfect for our stay. Close to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. Bedrooms were nice sized. Master suite was spacious with a king size bed. Great open floor plan and a screened in porch. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

We visited family in the area and had such an amazing stay at this vacation rental! The home was spotless, decorated very cute, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—close to the beach, great restaurants, and plenty of things to do. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and we especially loved spending time by the on the patio. Communication with the host was good and friendly. We can’t wait to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect vacation spot!

We loved staying at this beautiful St. Augustine home. It was so easy for our family to use while coming into town for a wedding. Enough beds to house 8 people and plenty of space to enjoy the morning coffee at the table together. This house was so clean and had so many accommodations including chairs for the beach and towels. We loved our stay so much and are so thankful for this beautiful mini vacation.

This house has everything you could need. Easy walk to beach with a wagon. There was a traffic light for walkers to cross road. Owners provided enough chairs for everyone. Lots of space for family to hang out. Nice kitchen had everything we needed. The property manager was so helpful and on top of things. Would stay there again.

The property was wonderful and quite close to the beach. It was also walking distance to a little strip mall with a great Cuban cafe, a gym, and anything else you could want. We hardly drove while we were there. Everyone was quite comfortable and enjoyed the stay. We had a problem the first night and the property manager and owner got it resolved as quickly as possible. The check in process and everything else could not have been easier. Highly recommend this for you next beach trip.

We loved this property. It was close to the beach and had everything you could want in a rental property. We were able to cook and treat the place like our own for the week. We had an issue with the house (it happens) and the property manager and owners got involved immediately and fixed the problem as quickly as possible. I highly recommend staying here for a relaxing beach vacation.

The house was fabulous. There was plenty of space for everyone. It had everything we needed. Just a short walk to the beach. We were thankful for the pedestrian cross walk to access the beach, the road is crazy busy. Would definitely recommend to people.

Called concerning no blankets and was given blankets in a timely manner. Listing indicated there was beach chairs so we did not bring our chairs. There was 5 of us staying there and only two chairs. As a suggestion I would indicated the number of chairs provided.

We loved our family stay at this property in St. Augustine. A perfect spot for families, the house is spacious and cozy with a great layout. The outdoor screened patio and backyard were perfect for kids to play and have easy access to private outdoor space. The neighborhood was so charming and quiet. Perfect for riding bikes and walking to the nearby park. An easy walk to the beautiful beach as well. Highly recommend this spot!!

Great location for touring St Augustine and points of interest south of Anastasia Island. The house was clean and had all the kitchen supplies for cooking meals at home including a crockpot!

Are stay was great. Would recommend blankets and throw blankets as there was nothing for the pull out sofa. Also backyard lighting.

The only thing negative would be the broken wooden gate leading to outdoor shower and the lizards in the bedroom off the kitchen. Other than that... perfect stay.

We planned this family trip for our son’s 21st birthday. There were 7 of us. Everything was lovely. It was restful and relaxing. The beach was only three short blocks away, truly a 7 minute walk…or less. Downtown was a short drive across the bridge. The home was great and the beds were comfortable. Shannon, the local contact for the home was terrific. We would recommend and return if ever back in St. Augustine. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer.

My only suggestion might be to add a pack and play for people traveling with young kids. It was a very nice house. I would rent it again. The beach across the street is beautiful.
