St Augustine Anastasia House close to Downtown & Beaches, King beds in each room

We took our friends to St Augustine to see the Christmas lights for the first time. We all had a wonderful time.I have nothing negative to say about this adorable house. It had everything we needed. The pictures you see in the listing are exactly what the place looks like.We were so happy to let our sweet Cavalier Mr Moe run free in the nice fenced in backyard. He had so much fun.We especially loved the nice large screen room in the back. We spent a lot of time in there.The kitchen has everything in it! There was nothing we couldn’t find in the drawers and cabinets. We loved all the openness with the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The bedrooms are adorable. The beds and pillows are nice and comfy.The bathrooms are nice too. We loved the rain shower.We definitely will be renting this home again. It had everything we needed and it was very clean.

Very clean and the host was very nice. The had extra things like games, bikes, and an exterior heate for the screened in back deck. I higly recommend this place.

All the amenities were available. Clean home. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to the historic district which was a big plus. Only 5-6 min drive. Overall, my wife was happy so I am happy.

2nd time staying at this house. Convenient location and near downtown St Augustine and beaches without the traffic.Lots of nearby restaurants and attractions. Close to many supermarkets and other stores.Nice completely screened in patio with nice furniture. Grill ( we didn't use it ) but available. Quiet neighborhood

This was the perfect stay. The only thing missing was a deck of uno cards lol….. we couldn’t have asked for a cleaner home and everything we needed was supplied. The guide book was a wonderful touch!

The home was well cared for, clean, and more than roomy enough for our group. It was in a great location in St. Augustine right near beaches and downtown. We could not have asked for a better place to stay.

Property manager is friendly and easy to reach. Yhe house is a little too much of a walk for us to the lions gate bridge but its a hamlndy location for beaches, O'steens, and driving or biking to old toqn. town.

My husband and I stayed for 3 weeks this Spring. Very nice location…walking distance to historic downtown and short drive to a wonderful (dog friendly) beach and other attractions. Kitchen well stocked, even for a longer term renter who needs to cook more frequently. Neighborhood was quiet and beds were comfortable, so no sleeping issues. We spent most of our home time on the screened in back porch, which was great for coffee and even some meals. We did wish the home still had the comfy looking ottoman shown in the pic (The sharp edged coffee table did not provide a place to put your feet up) and we did buy bottled water for our stay because the tap water was a bit flavorful. But overall loved our stay and would rent again without hesitation!

The property was as it was advertised. The accommodations were very comfortable and the place was well stocked. Location was good also only a short drive across the Lions Bridge to Historic St Augustine.

Our family had a great vacation at the Anastasia House. Amanda made the booking, check-in and check-out process very easy. The house had everything we needed, including bikes that my daughters enjoyed. The location is close to the state park beach, close to the historic district and in a safe, family-oriented neighborhood..

Updated 2BR 2 bath home. Plenty of living space for relaxing. Nice screen patio & large backyard. Comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. Excellent communication with owner

Had a great stay at the house during 4th of July week! We rode the bikes to the lighthouse, to downtown, and to Anastasia state park beach. The location is in a quiet neighborhood, but close enough to everything to bike or a short drive. We worked on puzzles with the kids and also cooked a lot. Overall had a great time! Great place to watch the fireworks too! Only walked a few blocks. Thanks!
