Reviewer Comments: This is our sixth year in this wonderful house, it has all the amenities that make our vacation, special and enjoyable with the activities available at the house. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped. We loved the new family room furniture. It was comfortable. Having a backyard with a playset volleyball and a pool encourages you to spend time together at the house and doesn’t require you to go out constantly. Vacation for us is about family being under one roof And in this home it’s one big wonderful roof.

The pool area is beautiful with lots of outdoor entertaining area & & a plY set for our younger grands. It’s a quick walk across the street to a beautiful beach. Convenient to shopping & Walmart & other gricery stores.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rented this home for my husband's 70th birthday with the kids and grands...6 adults and 6 kids & lots of space for everyone. The layout was good and the elevator to move luggage and groceries was great! The kids enjoyed the pool, game room and ping pong table as well as its proximity to the beach.The house however was not well cleaned. I spilled water on the kitchen floor soon after arrival and used the swiffer wet mop only to find the pad black when I went to remove it. The floor had definitely NOT been mopped b4 our arrival. So I mopped the whole floor, not just the spill. And the grill was filthy. Luckily I had grill mats otherwise we would not have used the grill at all. I vacuumed b4 leaving and the edges were very edge cleaning done recently for sure!The only interaction we had with the rental company was picking up the keys and dropping them off but in just those short interactions, I consider them unprofessional. Upon arriving and being given our packet of info, I noticed the address was different than the one on the rental agreement...same number but different town. I asked and was told it was the right house. I tried to look it up on my phone but got no service and was told they didn't have wireless at the office for me to use. There were directions on the package but without any distances...go to this light turn, etc. Nothing to say the light was 1 or 10 miles away. I told the person there they should make sure the addresses matched and provide more detail in their directions and was told That's not my job. I don't appreciate hearing that from someone I consider to be in a service industry. Upon check out I mentioned the cleaning issues and not one note was made about them either.Also, I know the rental agreement said we were responsible for paper products but I find it ludicrous that our welcome package included exactly 1 roll of toilet paper for a 7 1/2 bath home...and none were at the house itself.

We had a great stay. The house is about a 1 minute walk to the beach. The house had all the amenities you could ask for. There was lots of space and the backyard and pool are great for days you decide not to go to the beach. There is lots of space so you and your guests are not all over each other. The only thing I would change is that the bathrooms need updating or to be cleaned better. It is also on a main road but that didn’t present any problems.

My only issue was that the office knew 2 things were inoperable upon checkin & we were not informed. It would not have changed anything, but we spent 10 minutes trying to figure out if the elevator doors were all closed and why it wasn’t operating and then the children were very upset about the Pac-Man machine not working. If we had known we would not have wasted that time or called you guys to get that information that you could’ve passed to us upon check-in. The house is beautifully decorated and accommodates her family perfectly. God was good and gave us perfect weather for a week. The pool with pristine and Clean, as was the hot tub. I think my only suggestion would be if it would be possible to have more silverware. As we were unable to finish dinner and dessert, and have enough forks and spoons. We will be running again next year and we appreciate how well you guys upkeep this property.

The kitchen was well stocked and the furnishings gorgeous! The backyard was perfect for games and play room for the kids. The fencing was appreciated, with a second fence around the pool area. Our little ones could not get in without adults present, which was great! Unfortunately, the two closest beach access points closest to us were closed due to construction, but that was just poor timing. Also, the pool heat was not operable until the end of our vacation. However, you did give it your attention and a refund was issued. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish working with your company. You were so kind answering my many questions (first time I had done this in quite some time) and always pleasant. Thank you so much, we had a very nice, memorable trip!
