Stayed Jun 6, 2026Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and everything met or exceeded our expectations based on the listing. We especially appreciated the thoughtful upgrades and amenities, including the new decking, the new decking, the new BBQ grill, the basketball hoop, access to the pickleball courts, and the 10% discount. These touches truly enhanced our stay and made it even more enjoyable.The only difference we noticed compared to our previous rentals in Southern Shores over the past few years was the absence of a weekly fresh linen delivery service. While not a significant issue, it was something we were accustomed to having during longer stays.Communication throughout the rental process was smooth and effective, and the customer service was outstanding. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly and professionally. A special thank-you to Debbie and Tia, who provided exceptional customer support and made us feel genuinely valued as guests.The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, allowing us to focus on enjoying our vacation from beginning to end.
