On the shore of beautiful Squam Lake in Kesumpe Cove, this property is perfect for a large group such as a family reunion. There are 6 bedrooms, including a five-bed bunk room. This is a six generation rustic family camp built in the 20's with a large addition in the early 60's. There is no insulation and minimal additional heat so stays in early spring and fall can get chilly.
For boating, there is a shared dock with two dedicated boat slips. This is a W shaped dock with 3 fingers 6 x 4

Stayed Aug 2, 2025Spent another wonderful week on Squam! Camp Swan was set up for us - clean and ready to go. Love having direct access to the lake - to swim, kayak or boat. A short drive away and we can climb Morgan, Percival, or the Rattlesnakes. An ideal location for our active family!! Looking forward to next year!

Their home is just what a Squam lake home should be. Amazing screened in porch, confortable bedrooms, kitchen with everything you need and cozy ambiance. This is our second stay and we're already planning the next!

Stayed Jul 27, 2024Great place tucked in the pine trees of Big Squam Lake. Massive dock is great for fishing, docking and entertaining. House has plenty of space for sleeping, entertaining the family and a real woodburning fireplace. We enjoy Camp Swan!
