Everything exceeded our expectations! All communications during our stay with the host were prompt, clear and easy. Upon our arrival, the home was immaculate with everything in working order. The home has all amenities one would expect and more. The kitchen was very well stocked with all pots, pans, appliances, dishes, silverware, and glassware. Our visit was during the coldest weekend of the season, and the home remained very cozy and warm. The hot tub was crystal clear, hot and inviting! We would definitely stay here in the future. Our wonderful experience at this property shows the care and pride the hosts take in what they offer. I highly recommend this property.

Our family met up in this wonderful Wilmington retreat for our daughter's birthday! It was perfect from the moment we connected with Erika, the host. The house was cozy and clean and had everything we needed. We cooked some meals in the kitchen, and were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful items that made it feel like home. There were lots of comfy beds and rooms to relax. In fact, our family members from NYC had the best sleep they have had in a while in this quiet, peaceful spot. And, we spent a lot of time eating, playing games and doing puzzles at the enormous table. It was a fabulous place to stay and we highly recommend it!

We booked this house to have a girls’ reading weekend. The bedrooms were A+, the common areas were great for four adults, the hot tub was perfect. Proximity to town was easy to run in for meals. And it being pet-friendly was a must for us as we brought one of the girls’ dog. The only downside was that we couldn’t figure out how to work the fireplace,.

Stayed at this cozy house with three friends for a writing retreat in late October. We loved the gas fireplace, hot tub, and light-strung balcony for hanging out as well as the many seating areas around the house (both to gather as a group and to tuck away in for working individually), and the beautiful spots nearby to walk. Close restaurants we enjoyed were Maple Leaf Tavern and 19 South Main. The house was clean with some really cool artistic touches, comfortable beds, all we'd need in the kitchen, and lots to love that we didn't have a chance to enjoy (great yard, fire pit, and market nearby). Erika was responsive and thoughtful. Would love the chance to stay again!

My 3 sisters and I stayed for a mini weekend vacation. The house was very nice and it was clean. We were able to create lasting memories. The cohost Erika was accommodating with trying to resolve the issue with the tvs that were displaying no signal and one needed to be set up. Erika was very nice. She went beyond our expectations to ensure we enjoyed our stay. I would stay here again.

The property was clean and well stocked. The host communicated clearly and was responsive. There were nice touches around the house like clear instructions how to operate the hot tub, fans in each bedroom and plenty of puzzles and games. Our family had a nice time and would recommend this property.
